My impression is the Montreal authorities don't interfere with discreet P4P interactions at incalls. It seemed on occasion they might close a massage parlor, but I'm guessing they are operating indiscreetly out in the open.

Is that a fair assessment?

Yes. I think those early comments arose out of an analysis of how USA Law enforcement gathers evidence.

In the USA, from the customer's perspective, outcall to a hotel is safer than going to a fixed-place incall with multiple ladies that has been in operation for a significant length of time. Although going to place does not produce evidence of what happens in the room, the fact that a john entered a private building leaves him open to questioning that he might panic and fumble.

Contrast that to hotel outcall. The john has every right to be in the hotel room that he paid for. A hotel occupant in North America is generally permitted to have unregistered guests enter his room (that is a concept that guys who mostly do this in South America are bewildered by), so it is very difficult for the police to legally question a guy about who entered his hotel room (and of course the hotel has a strong interest in keeping the police from doing such questioning). Although sting operations in the USA Do exist for incalls where the guy goes to see an unreviewed lady who does no screening (the "girl" doesn't exist, it is a bunch of cops in the incall hotel room), USA Law enforcement simply doesn't send a policewoman into a hotel outcall situation.

So in the early days of Canada's c-36 law, there were a lot of posts discussing how hotel outcall a lot safer legally than incall based on that data from the USA But Canada, unlike the USA, has a string division between its law enforcement and its politicians. In the USA, many sting operations involving sex work occur just before election time. In the northeast USA, there was a local prosecuting attorney who was running for Congress, and she not only ordered a sting operation involving a fake incall, but she called a press conference where she stood with the police under a banner showing all of the guys who had just been arrested, labeling them as sex traffickers. The media articles reporting the press conference said she was a Congressional candidate. It was an unimaginable violation of the supposed separation between the prosecutors office and the actual police department, and a blatant use of her local government job to further her Congressional campaign. She got elected to the USA Congress of course.

Fortunately, that kind of thing is just not seen in Canada, so those early comparisons were invalid. The Montreal police, which is independent from the legislature, and does not consist of people using the prosecutor's position to get elected to the legislature, announced a priority policy involving sex work. Essentially, private sex transactions between consenting adults that are not visible to the public are given the lowest priority by the Montreal police. So these agency incalls, generally in condominiums, with the address only given to customers, and with extremely little foot traffic as a result of only 1, 2 or 3 ladies working at a time, are given such a very, very low priority by the police. So no reasonable belief currently exists that these incalls represent a greater legal risk to the customer than hotel outcall. Montreal once had a lot of massage parlors with pictures of 90 percent naked ladies on the door, but that has largely disappeared from view. No reason to invite law enforcement activity, which is what happens if the advertising is that blatant.

You are absolutely correct. As a local, I've been mongering in Montreal and other cities in Canada for many many years now. So far, the only places that were ever raided by authorities are those operating in flagrant defiance of the authorities and those with obvious and undeniable ties to criminal activities. If you book with reputable agencies or independent providers, you should have no issues at all whatsoever.

So unless you can walk to their incall, it is going to make it more expensive for you to do incall instead of outcall if you need to Uber or cab to the incall.

I'm staying in Montreal for three days. Ostensibly for work but really it's just a few meetings. I'm going to be like a kid in a candy store.

I've pulled in a lot of reviews here (super helpful) but in terms of pure itinerary what would you guys do? Stay on St Catherine's and schedule 2-3 outcalls and if I feel the need in between hit a club, Incall or massage place?

Montreal really doesn't have a club scene involving the purchase of sex, as open solicitation is illegal and would put the club in legal danger.

It is difficult to get good information regarding massage parlors and you might not get the full service you want.

If you have a good hotel room, just get outcall. It is the accepted way that tourists get laid in Montreal and risk free.

Hi Guys, thanks for all your comments about various agencies. I did reach out for a few and finally decided upon on XXXtase. I was given a few available names. Outcall costs you 20 more. I booked Meghan during my trip to Montreal and met her in XO's place which is located pretty close to downtown, easy to get to via transit. Amazing face, amazing body, but if you're looking for a GFE, you might look elsewhere.
