There are agencies who will text you face pics if you ask them. Vogue and MontrealXXXtase often sent me face pics. Euphoria and XO, not to my knowledge, although I wouldn't be surprised if regular, trusted clients get that privilege.

I don't think the XO photos do the girls' bodies justice. They all look like skinny, models which seems to be a local preference. When an XO girl posts selfies, I can get a better impression of her curves.

No, there has never been a report of such. All of the fake ads placed by police have been in free forums using racy language with the implication of an underaged lady, with follow-up texting stating very explicitly that the (fake) provider was underaged. No. The local review boards have dedicated forums regarding law enforcement activities and there is no such activity by the police. The police do take out occasional ads in low-priced venues that blatantly advertise underaged providers. Then the police interact with the johns and reaffirm that the advertised lady is under 18, and then arrest the john when he arrives. Perhaps that is what you read about.
