I did not know Airbnb was illegal in Thailand. Nevertheless, my plan is really to stay in a nice condo in Jomtien. I prefer the less frenetic environment of Jomtien for habitation. I have no problems with the baht bus. During the day I want to shack up with a civilian who, apart from taking care of my physical needs, would wash, clean and occasionally cook. We'd frolic on the beach, dine at restaurants and do touristy stuff.
