Not sure if this one belong in this thread but I plan to be at HK next week on Wednesday night. I am visiting LA Mon-Thu and my flight back to bay area is on Thu around 1:30 from ONT (Ontario, California, about 1 hour east of LA). If you are driving and have the VIP card, leave the car with the valet service. Whenever you need stuff from your car, you can walk to Pepe's and get your backpack or whatever from your car. You'll need two keys to do this. One for the valet and one to open your trunk or doors. You can leave stuff with the HK club front desk and remember to tip the clerk or simply leave your stuff in your car for when you need it. P.S: I believe the standard valet tip is 40 pesos or 2 dollars in Tijuana, at least, that is what the sign in front of the Hotel Caesar seems to say. Tarifa - 40 pesos. If anyone knows differently, please advise.

Just one comment about the Valet parking, "tarifa" doesn't mean TIP, it means price or cost, so you're not giving tips, you're paying for the service, so it's not optional like a tip, it's payment.

I have frequently left things at the Hong Kong and Cascadas front desks, including a backpack with valuables, and never had a problem. That said, critical items, such as a passport and phone, never leave my pocket.

HK's A / C was always inadequate for the weekend crowds, especially during hot months. It was hard to breathe. I used to sit near the front or back entrance to breathe some cold air. 2nd floor used to be so hot, it was unbearable.

But last week I could feel cold air flow down in the middle of the club, near the main stage. The club felt a lot cooler, so perhaps HK has added A / see equipment.

Luckily Caliente Sports book has the coldest AC in Zona Norte so you can watch sports and chill there if you can't get a room with a working AC.
