Posts: 451Darn. So close but not cigar. My assistant backed out when she saw the "MNL" I wrote on one side of her globes. I even picked up a sewing kit from a hotel this week in order to make a visual illustration, backed with photos, to put in the photo gallery. She first said it was ticklish and then started freaking out. Ugh. Took a while to calm her down and convince her I am not weird and was just playing around with those twin beauties for the sake of science.

Posts: 451For some reason, my 2 multiparagraph responses to your post both did not appear; the second one when the first one did not appear. It has to do with old school sting theory. As is thread!
KG, your mailbox is full. LOL!

The material in these posts bears no relationship to Makati at all.
Some of the posters are those who often criticize others for being "off-topic".

I also see the carriers and check on that carrier web site to see if any promos IE cheaper fare (sometimes I get lucky). As you know I fly a lot and I do this all the time so am used to this and I find that 10 ins of searching I can find all I need.
Very much like RTFF here if you make time to do it and don't just keep asking LOL.

The options are growing for CRK.
Also another thing in your mix the road trip from MNL to AC can be used as just an extension of your flight. Sometimes it is harder to co-ordinate a trip to land into CRk where as once on the ground and in the car from MNL to AC you can be on the sites and texting. If you are also travelling on business then this time in the car can be the time to catch upon work emails form when you were out of contact.

Do these also include the budget carriers, Air Asia, Cebu Pacific and the like? The consolidators that I use don't and for me the budget carriers offer the best routes as well as the best price. That's why I double check on Wiki. Yes it's another step but it ensure all airline options are checked.

Posts: 451The other 3 also have great prices but go the other way around, adding hours to the trip. The funny thing is that the refillable cup will almost take up all the carry on luggage space! LOL

It's then a simple matter to get prices for the chosen routes direct from the airlines or apps.
If no direct flights are listed just pick the best hub near your intended destination.

Posts: 451Eva is great and has nice clean airplanes and better staff than any of the US carriers. It is also a lot cheaper. I heard about the buses but never took. The connections are much better than Japan because that adds another 2 plus hours to a trip. Taipei and Hong Kong and Singapore are my choice connection points. PAL is not always cheaper and the service and planes are not that great. It is hard to earn the reputation PhilippineAirlines Always Late.
