I had an interesting event at HK. I called for Manie from Queens having called couple others from Foxys earlier.

As usual she was late, but finally I got message that she is at the reception. After a few minutes there was a knock on my door, I opened only to find hotel security there.

They asked if I have someone in the room, I said no and they can take a look. One of them came in and checked.

The main guy said they saw something on camera so wanted to check is someone was inside without permission.

I told them I was actually waiting for someone but she has not arrived.

Then I get a text that hotel is not allowing the girl to enter saying only HK girls can go up, can I go to reception and help.

I went down, Manie was there saying they are not allowing her. I asked the reception guy who radioed someone and then asked me to wait.

I turned around and saw the main security guy who had come to my room few minutes earlier, I asked him what's going on.

He said Manie is a transvestite and he had issues with guests in past, they have checked his ID and would not allow him into the hotel.

If I want I can take him to another hotel. I trusted the guy and said I don't want to deal with this, they asked her to leave.

I went one floor up by stairs, and saw Manie leave in SUV he / she was driving. I was surprised to see a working girl driving a rather posh car.

I had a long text conversation with Queens after that, she kept saying that Manie is a girl and I can check her panocha if I wanted.

I told her that hotel would not allow Manie in so there is nothing I can do. This ended the conversation.

I am wondering if Manie is actually a tranny or a troublemaker and I dodged a bullet thanks to HK staff or HK staff just stiffed a working girl to promote their own girls.

OK to be fair and so to start with it has been about 4 or 5 months since my last overnight to Tijuana, and after spending months in Medellin Colombia I arrived late this past Monday afternoon with an open mind despite the talk about HK and cost and the like.

First things first. A recent post about the new rooms at Villa de Leyva hotel, next door to CC, gave me some motivation for checking it out and spending a night if nothing more to reminisce about the years between 1999 and 2004 when this was my go to hotel. Well the new rooms are NOT open during Monday through Thursday, only on weekends, the old shit hole rooms for $34 was the only rooms available, the manager at the front desk is a COMPLETE ASS Hole prick. My last stay at this dump hole was about 5 years ago, NEVER AGAIN, they lost me as a customer forever. Fuck the attitude, fuck the mexican front desk manager, I bring little to no expectations but this shit hole is the worst.

Yeah, the daytime front desk clerk (Victor) sits around six days a week like he has a bug up his ass.

We have a poster who often says that the overnight rooms at the Leyva is only $20 or $25, but the price you paid is more in line with what I believe are actual room costs at the Leyva. But admittedly pricing at the Leyva can be confusing.

Leyva has no S / T room rentals, all the rooms are overnight rooms. When mongers want to rent a room, the first question Victor asks is "Do you want a room with or without a television?

If you pass on having a TV, Victor will assign you a single room in the oldest remaining wing of the hotel. This area is a 3-story structure that is butt up against the Chicago Club and Hotel Jalos. These are the cheapest rooms, they are small and noise impacted by the Chicago Club. I think they cost around $30 (I don't know the exact amount in dollars, I always pay in pesos).

You probably said "Yes" to the television question and got a room in the (relatively newer) 5-story tower facing Constitution Ave. The rooms are unspectactlar, but generous in size. Good luck with all the stairs to climb if you get a room on the top fourth floor (the 5-story tower has no rooms on the ground floor).

The newest section of Hotel Leyva is in the southwest corner of the property. Previously this section was the oldest section of the property, but two years ago these oldest rooms and vacant retail space was torn down completely and the new rooms and new lobby was constructed in 18 to 20 months. The new construction is attached to both the old wing and the tower structure, so now the Leyva looks like a large "L-shaped" building with matching outside facade.

Its hard to understand the prices of Leyva rooms. Singles in the old (no TV) wing cost a little less than singles in the Tower. I don't know what the room prices are in the newly constructed portion. The Leyva also has some double rooms in the Tower that cost more than the Tower's singles. And on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights the Leyva charges more (about 20% higher) than the overnight rates Monday to Thursday nights. Some doubles have kitchens, other double rooms do not, but there is just one weekday rate for the double rooms in the Tower, regardless of whether the double has a kitchen or not.

They were renovating the stage over at Adelitas and pushed everyone over to the far end. The girls at AB were the absolute bottom of the rung on Monday night.

Over at Trop there was literally nothing going on, a beer (not the 2 x 1 BS) and 20 minutes was all I needed.

Now HK, there were many fine chicas, I spent a good deal of time and settled in on a girl that was fun, great attitude, I think high on coke or something, but must admit what a fun girl and just as fun in the room. Yes she quoted $100 but we negotiated for $80. I reminded her that I did want want to marry her only to rent her pussy, she took it with a smile.

Must admit that HK is really quite a place, much different than the Medellin scene or other destination places but yes there are fun times to be had, so I have softened my thinking on this matter.

Few street girls were out and about, nothing worth chasing. I did not even step foot into CC, no reason why not to look just did not go in, but I also did not see any activity outside so it must have been dead inside the club.

I picked up a good supply of generic viagra over at the Piri store which I will bring to Medellin as I ran out my last trip. For some reason the stuff they sell there does not have the same effect, do not know why.

In my limited experience (one visit in June this year), I was able to get a nice HK girl for 1400 pesos (70), and Adelita girl for 1200 pesos (60). Most of the HK girls seemed okay with 1500 pesos number, which is significantly less than $100. Maybe the pesos go farther now than before?

Yes I agree. Pesos do go further and in my opinion it is better to spend pesos. Sometimes the exchange rate gets up to 20 pesos for only 1 USD. These are good times to exchange monies. There are some that have no intention on spending pesos and come to Mexico with a pocket full of dollars and wind up paying more when using dollars. It all adds up, per visit, per purchase, per transaction.

Some of us were bringing to light that more chicas are standing firm at $100 and they will get some gringos to pay that amount. If they have no problem selling their wares at that price and have enough takers then someone turning down their $100 price doesn't matter to them because they will make it up with their regulars and whoever else falls into their web of seduction. At Chicago and Adelitas you are more likely to see $60 as the average market price and even those clubs have their top tier chicas that won't take that but your chances of scoring a $60 chica there is pretty damn good and highly likely.

They may be picky in some cases but they are marketing the wares on those steps. If they are not there to make money or chill with their chica friends there would be no reason to go to work.

It's to eaches own. Colombia is more work to get the girls. They are not lining up like in Hong Kong. So yeah, if you re only used to that style, Hong Kong, Del Rey you perhaps will not like Colombia but once you break into the network of chicas either on FB or through a connection or other girls. Colombia will blow Mexico out of the water in Quality, quantity and price. But again to eaches own, if you don't want to put in any work and just pick them like Hong Kong then Colombia is prob not your cup of coffee. I usually stay away from the strip clubs in Colombia over price in my book.

I just got back from Medellin a couple weeks ago too. Fase dos the high end strip club in MDE is 190 K or about $65-70 US in a pretty nice room. I stay at the mansion in MDE which is on the upper class of town & they have 4-5* restaurants that are as good as any American restaurant for much cheaper than US. One of our trips we had the executive chef from TPC Sawgrass with us & he said the food there at La Provencia or LE Gris is equal to 4-5 star restaurants in the states.

Last comment, we can debate about Colombia, (I am not a big fan), I love Mexico, but the food is terrible in Colombia, no comparison to food in Mexico.

Can not agree more, I have partied at both Fase II and Luna Lunera and La Isla as recently as 2 weeks ago, like you say 200 mil or about $70 USD for an hour with a really beautiful paisa.

I stand correct when we were there we were paying more, apologize. Not sure what happened. Correct very easy to meet girls on-line in Colombia, and sometimes they will spend the night. That being said I still think Mexico is a better options. Parts of Mexico is also easy to meet girls on-line. If you can get a cheap flight worth.

I still think we take H. K, for granted, amazing place.

You're acting if reports of Colombia being better than Tijuana is something new and shocking. This topic has been debated for decades. There's thousands of reports out there stating that Colombia is better. And vice-versa. I've mongered in both places. Neither is unequivocally superior to the other in all aspects. It's a matter of personal preference.

This statement is so patently false I'm simply dumbfounded at how one could fabricate such nonsense. It would be the equivalent of saying that a session at Las Chavelas costs triple what a comparable session at HK costs. Bogota and Medellin establishments have cheaper putas than Tijuana establishments. This is not even debatable. Hot putas are available at the casas for about $100-$150 k, which is about $35-$55 USD. The "high end" strip clubs such as La Isla and Fase II the putas regularly go up for $200 k ($70 USD).

Let's compare that to the typical $80 USD half hour session at HK. The OP is stating that Colombian strip clubs charge the equivalent of $160-240 USD, which is outright laughable. A session at Fase II comparable to one at HK would typically cost of $10 USD less, NOT "2-3 times more. " That being said, from a purely strip club perspective, Tijuana beats MDE hands down. Even though it costs a bit more, the convenience and selection of Zona Norte far exceeds anything MDE has to offer. If you add on MDE's casas and freelancers via social media, it levels the playing field. And MDE is a city far superior to Tijuana in terms of beauty and culture. Food is terrible though. You can't go wrong in either city though, I enjoy both equally.
