OK, perhaps it depends on the shop. My regular Fudi shop only ever has guy customers, and then they always have the door window covered over with their red drape. The girls wear this kinda provocative flight-attendant uniform, and some of them are really cute.

I've tried 5 different Spring places since the shutdown (but not Wanping), and none of them offer the 398 RMB anymore. Instead they offer 368 RMB, which is identical to the 298 RMB of last year.

Meaning you need to tip the girl if you want more right?
