I have to thank all of you and your posts and reviews, I would have been lost making a trip on my own without discovering this forum. Most of you have made it quite simple to just get boots on the ground in Budapest, get a sim card and get right down to it. The only problem I had was I bought the Bus Pass for 15 days and didn't realize it didn't cover the 100 E from the Airport, that it was a separate bus, requiring an airport shuttle ticket. Other than that I have enjoyed getting out and having some good food and seeing beautiful women again. About to do some touristy stuff then head toward District XIII and the West End Shopping mall.

Listen, as your experience shows, there is really no need to complicate things. Budapest and outlying areas of Hungary are the easiest and best places to monger in Europe. Paris and Budapest are my two favorite large European cities.
