A few days ago was in the mood for a good massage and recall reading good things about Abacca below, so dialed up a Grab car and took a ride to the Makati location. Driver dropped me in front of a building with bold signage but the front of the building made it look closed.

After checking in I walked over and had lunch at Tequila Reef. Always a good go to spot for great tasting food at a fair price. Walking there you can't help but notice the changes going on. There is so much construction going on. Old buildings are removed and new towers of concrete going up. Erections (pun intended) of all types are all over this city. Let's see if that includes me later on. This is probably my 20th time in AC. There's something about it that draws me back.

I'm on half power these days due to medical setbacks but still plan trips like I have done these past 8 years. The only problem w this is I can't do what I used to be able to do so trips end up being too long etc. Also, I can't pound 3 per day so it's quite a turnaround, a negative one. Following my Makati day 7 report, I decided to visit the clinic to actually ask for this since this also works as a preventive as long as I have been exposed to HIV within the last 72 hours. It would provide more peace of mind since I raw dog shagged that chick from LA cafe a couple days ago. The clinic in Manila does not prescribe this unless you take HIV test to make sure you need it, although there may be a way around it if you can prove your partner is HIV positive or something like that. My HIV test came back negative (the way it worked is the clinic techs do initial screening to see if blood looks suspicious, and if so, they will send it to lab for more detailed tests. My test show nothing suspicious so blood did not need to be sent to lab) and the doc will not prescribe this to me, but I was not too bummed since the negative test cheered me up. Consultation fee was 700 pesos and HIV test was 1300 pesos for total of 2 k pesos.

Truvada or TemvirR is 2 pills at least 2 hours before sex and than next day 1 more and next day 1 last pill.

Or 1 pill 1 day before sex, 1 pill day of sex at least 2 hours before sex and next day 1 pill and next day 1 last pill.

But always at least 4 pills and 2 pills before the risc to have a high enough level in your blood.
