This was my first multiple consecutive day visit to LR on quite some time. What I observed was that the club is somehow trying but missing the mark. Thursday night I observed a solid line-up after 10 pm when I arrived, but the club was totally uncomfortable due to the heat. I was able to easily find a lady who is usually invisible at this time of night. Friday, the lineup was thin to start the day, filling in nicely but suffering from a lack of bears. The AC was kept on during the day keeping the temperature down. Even then, with the number rooms available, there was still 30 minutes or more waiting times for rooms. The music after 11 pm was painful noise. Maybe it's the clubs attempt to tell me I'm out past my bedtime. It was interesting to see men in groups playing cards in the garden. It seems for many men the clubs are getting to be a more social place to hand out with friends rather than a place for sex. Saturday, a few ladies from the lineup didn't show for some reason. I heard some complaining about not feeling well from the AC. Maybe they were just frustrated from not being able to make money. Anyway, the rain Saturday morning dropped the temperature a bit, which seems to have brought out the bears. There were quite a few who showed up that I hadn't seen in months and several that I had never seen before. There were groups of men from fairly early in the day, sitting around in the lounge with very few women to be seen.
