An update on one form of generic viagra. For the last couple years I have been buying Spiagra from The Generics Pharmacy, with emphasis on this specific name for the pharmacy. A google search shows them at numerous locations around Metro Manila, although some locations have closed down unexpectedly during the last year. A few are small walk-in stores, others deal through a window to the outside street.

In early April I walked into The Generics Pharmacy near Taft and Pablo Ocampo and put down my slip of paper for "Spiagra 100 mg. * 5. " The counter clerk went to the back to consult with another woman, maybe a pharmacist. The second woman came to the counter to tell me "out of stock." This may have been true, or may reflect recent clampdowns on prescription policies.

A few days later I walked up to The Generics Pharmacy on Pedro Gil near Taft and gave the young guy at the window the same slip of paper. He said, "there's a small discount for a box of ten." I bought the box but don't remember how much the discount was. They also come in foil packs of four, and they will break them apart to whatever quantity you want. In small quantities they are still 51 pesos for the 100 mg tab. I cut them in two, and 50 mg. works just fine. Still a bargain and still available at some of these stores.

If you are young and don't have symptoms of erectile dysfunction then there is no need to use Viagra.

I tried it for the first time at 49 years of age and it made a big difference for me.

In consultation with my GP I can take a 25 MG of Viagra 1-2 hours before needed best for me before food.

When I have a busy weekend in AC, I will take 50 MG in the afternoon, that's good for early evening and late evening activity. When I wake in the morning I'll take another 50 MG which will cover the morning activity and more.

Rinse and repeat.

So I was in Thailand and tried Viagra for the first time, the generic version Sidegra (same thing). So I know my heart is in good health I'm only 27 and been healthy my entire life so the risk is much lower. I know the biggest issues come with high blood pressure and heart issues so if you have any of those you shouldn't take it without a doc looking at you. I know the max anyone should take is about 100 MG so I did a half doze at 50 MG to play it safe. If you want a short effect Viagra is what you want, that what I did because if you have any side effects you don't want them for a long period of time. I felt a little weird after taking it but I'm calling it the placebo effect because I overthought it and cause a lot of self-induced stress. I thought I had was a mild headache but the second time I took it because I was more confident and less stressed because I survived my first attempt with this medication I felt normal. These medications are not safe for everybody so taking it is a gamble at best. The best thing for you to do is to talk to your primary physician or you can gamble a little bit like I did but I would highly recommend NOT doing that. Again I am not recommending you or give you any medical advice, I'm explaining how my experience was and anyone using this medication should go to their primary physician.
