Is there truly any monger destination we can go where we can find 9+ working girls without breaking the bank (over 7 k baht)? FKK clubs 5+ years ago provided that but I don't know of any at present.

From my observation and experience, the Nana Plaza go-go bars that currently come closest to what you described would be Enter and Butterflies, both on the top floor of the plaza. Quality of the line ups will vary from night to night, hour to hour.

You can also get plenty of lap dances and body-to-body interaction with girls on the second level of Crazy House, Soi 23 around the corner from Soi Cowboy. However, the quality of the girls up there is generally low, perhaps a deeply flawed but still acceptable diamond in the rough shows up every now and then.
