So if you were a first timer to Medellin, how would you go about finding the very regular girls?

I wouldn't. Unless you're reasonably fit, under 45, able to understand a basic conversation with a native speaker and have no problem meeting regular girls with no prior connection (work, family, friends, etc.), you're probably setting yourself up for frustration. Being a gringo isn't enough to pique their interest.

For a first time visitor, Medellin can be overwhelming. Every few seconds you'll be muttering "fuck, she's hot. " It's like an all-you-can-eat buffet where everything is your favorite food. Worse yet, several women smile when they look at you. This is the point where most guys go into panic mode. What do you say? How do you say it in Spanish? Wait. Was she even smiling at you? What about that other girl?

How long will you be in Medellin? What are your priorities? If you're visiting to bust a few nuts in some hot Colombianas, why waste time trying to save $10? Figure out your comfort zone and work that area. More on that in a moment.

If you're coming to do regular things, you'll find plenty of opportunities to talk to regular girls. Ask questions, make friendly comments. The people are friendly and curious.

How are you finding P4P action at home? Strip clubs? Go to the strip clubs. Tinder, Seeking Arrangements or some similar site? Use it in Medellin. Online ads? Same. You might pay more than the guys who live in Medellin. Big deal. Your first time is a learning experience. Enjoy it. And collect contacts. Your second trip you can start to branch out. You'll know more, be more relaxed and be better equipped to start looking for the regular girls.

Super true. Two things I've observed on my two trips to CO thus far, the girls on streets, while cheaper, are no less attractive than the girls on Photoprepagos or Mileroticos. And you don't even have to deal with fake pics when you see them in person. My Spanish is like level 1 but the street girls in Bogota, the FB girlsin Med, and Mansion girls are quite patient with you whipping out the translator. Sure you might not agree to a price, but just move on. I find it that even when they reject you, they give you a "no amor" than the "fuck off" you might get in the States. Just be nice, offer reasonable rates and they'll come eventually.
