Myself, I take L-Arginine daily, specifically for cardi-vascular health and also because it boosts your performance during workouts. For day 3, I wanted to check out an actual Bogota sight. I won't bore you with these details but the Candelaria district is pretty nice and I spent 3-4 hours of the afternoon there.

I also posted some incorrect info about Banco Colombia earlier. They do charge a fee for ATM withdrawal but they don't show the fee before you make the transaction, which is why I never noticed. Today I finally paid attention to the final screen where they show the transaction summary and the tarifa of 13.2 k is shown. However since their withdrawal limit is 600 k, you get more out of your fee.
