Good advice. Things change all the time and something easy one day will be difficult the next.......

The change in the rules depending on who you are talking to is rampant here. I want to buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 tablet. During the pre-order period I went to a Samsung store and was told that it was only available if I also pre-ordered a Note 9.

This is simply not the case, and when I questioned the clerk and showed him the Samsung Philippine web site he claimed that it was the web site that was wrong not him. (My guess is a much better commission on a Note 9 than on just a tab and he was rolling the dice.).

The rules here are always complex with a lot of discretion left up to the individual enforcing them. They are poorly trained and poorly supervised. In anything dealing with sex the individual's own ideas of morality and propriety can easily take over. If you challenge the guy, his supervisor is much more concerned with maintaining harmonious relations with his subordinate and letting him save face than in implementing the correct policy that even complaining to higher authority is seldom beneficial.
