Among the 3 choices you provided, I'd definitely select the Maritime Plaza Hotel because it's closer to the center of the city and the subway station. It has the same star rating as DuFort. I stayed at Hotel Du Fort my first time there, but I wouldn't stay there again. Although it's a nice hotel, it's too darn far to the South of the city and very far away from the center of actions. I had to walk 8 to 12 blocks to get to the downtown area which is where most good strip clubs locate. I think Delta Montreal is too far to the North of the city. My last time in Montreal, I stayed at the Novotel hotel which is right in the center of town and within 2 to 3 blocks of many recommended strip clubs. Don't know anything about La Tour Center Vill.

Last time I visited Montreal, I used hotwire.com and got Delta Montreal hotel for (if I remember correctly) around $100 CDN/night. I have found their quality/price ratio is very good. The only drawback is that you won't know which hotel you are going to stay at until you actually pay.
