Every few months we read of new raids. There is a very active streetwalker scene. It does not appear that you have fixed the dates for your trips and very likely the girls sense that you are a "lookey-loo". Prostitution is legal in CDMX but profiting from the earnings of prostitute is not, and that law is strictly enforced. CDMX continues to raid and close bars with sex in privados, massage parlors that offer sex and escort services. The independents don't have schedulers, they answer their own whatsapp messages when it is convenient. Very many are students, housewives and girlfriends with secret lives, some have other jobs and work when it is convenient. They will respond to your messages if they sense you are a genuine client, that you are ready to soon schedule a date that is convenient for them and if they are not otherwise turned off by your message. The best are not hurting for business, they can pick and choose. They are more likely to give priority to a repeat client or one who is likely to repeat. There have been eight or ten escort murders in CDMX in the past year and many are cautious. Another factor may be how you are selecting the girls that you message. What are you writing to them? Though I was there on Sunday, which is usually a slow day, I was able to get at least 5 responses but mainly because I already had a room ready to go. It's my understanding that many of the chicas will only reply to messages which indicate that you're checked into your hotel that's located in the zona they're working, and are ready to acquire their services that day. They often want you to send them a pic of your room key before they'll spend time to type you two sentences. Many spend their down (or should I say, up?) time roaming their hotels and outside them looking for clients. If you check into a hotel along Tlalpan, I assure you that unless you just stay locked in your room that you'll find some chicas.
