If problems cannot be resolved in the club, customers have the option to elevate them to higher management levels, including the owner.

I suggested HK management to coach the meseros to approach customers with respect and deference, like English butlers addressing their masters, to reduce tension with their customers, but most meseros still use street signs and curt language, probably due to the high music level in the club..
