I hear you. Even I like Cascada mostly for the cleanliness. But I have noticed they started a new con for 2 weeks. I always take girls for an hour and with the vip card it should be 1 HR 15 minutes. And that this how it was until 2 weeks ago. But now they start knocking at 30 minutes and try to have you out at 45 minutes. I tolerated it for 2 weeks, but yesterday I decided I was not going to play along. Picked up a girl in Trop and took her to Cascadas. This time in stern voice I told the fat dude with glasses on the counter 3 times "Una Hora" every time showing him my watch to show what time it was right now. After the 3rd time he said something to the chica in Spanish that I did not understand but she started smiling. I asked her what he said but I don't think she told me the truth. Again when we got to the room I told the towel guy 2 times "una hora" showing him the watch. And it worked this time. More than an hour passed and no knock on the door. In fact I left myself after 75 minutes but there was no knock.

Everybody please speak up if you are not getting value from the vip card, especially the Spanish speaking folks. Once they have enough complaints they will back down. I used to play good citizen and stand in line to get in when they played fairly. But after they reduced the duration of vip cards and started to shirt change on room time, I do not stand in line. Walk pass flashing the vip card. Get stopped every time, argue every time but they let me in partly because I can't speak Spanish and they can't argue in English.

LOL. Generally I get an all night room, then unplug the phones so that the front desk guy can't call to tell the girls that time is up.

HK has gotten famous internationally. Every night I was there, groups of young guys from out of state, or from Asia, Europe, Australia, would check into hotel Cascada with their big luggage, like they had plan to spend the whole week partying and screwing chicas. Having been in San Diego majority of two years, I'd say it's difficult to come across out of shape woman. I've lived in all the big cities but this place, the woman just don't stay in shape, they do extreme fitness, I come here, and can't find woman to date because I'm not a gym muscle head. It's way worse than LA, NYC, Miami, Chicago, Florida in general. Truth is, just finding woman over 37 in San Diego is near impossible. The ones here that old have millions, are Instagram stars, etc. San Diego is by far the worst place to date. Mexico is better if you are willing to be in Mexico often. If it wasn't for zona norte, I would not be able to live here part time because I'd simply go crazy without woman. In the other cities I can always get random hookups. Almost never in San Diego. There's less woman than most cities and the ones that are here are ten years younger and in gym shape way more than the other cities.

Having been in San Diego majority of two years, I'd say it's difficult to come across out of shape woman. I've lived in all the big cities but this place, the woman just don't stay in shape, they do extreme fitness, I come here, and can't find woman to date because I'm not a gym muscle head. After explaining my gripe, the boss held up all 1st shift meseros for me to identify the perp, all 30 of them stood down in the assembly room in street clothes ready to go home. I pointed out a few guys and they brought them close to me for ID, but I could not positively identify him in street clothes. I also did not know if the guy worked in 1st or 2nd shift. So the boss made them take up a collection to refund my $20. That was how I knew about the 3rd floor.

By just 1 example, you can infer HK does care about customer service and honesty among the workers. Customers do have rights in HK and should insist on being treated fairly and nicely. If problems cannot be resolved in the club, customers have the option to elevate them to higher management levels, including the owner.

I suggested HK management to coach the meseros to approach customers with respect and deference, like English butlers addressing their masters, to reduce tension with their customers, but most meseros still use street signs and curt language, probably due to the high music level in the club..
