Clubs differ in how well they filter out the drones. I know (and love) one Mittelland club where most of girls are Romanian but when I talk to them they are clearly pursuing their own paths in life. I agree with this in particular. As the most prominent club in Switzerland, Globe must keep up pristine appearances and avoid even implicit cooperation with pimp networks that might trigger the interest of law enforcement.

The pimps tell them, "We are above you but you are above the customer. You can behave however you like in the room and we will protect you. " It's very hard for the smaller clubs to resist the pressure of the gangs if 90% of the girls are Romanians. And girls of other nationalities have told me if they go into a club with that kind of domination, they feel shut out, and girls don't stick around if other girls are unfriendly. In other words, wherever the pimps rule (running the club from outside) the independents cannot get a foothold, so the supply of *quality* talent actually goes down.
