Well I am a Black American dude and I totally disagree. I don't think I have much in common with Dominicans at all. I would never only drive with my bright lights on. I would never cut people off while driving. I would never try to skip ahead in the cue. I would never beg, extort, or scam people for money. I would never turn my house speakers toward the outside and crank the volume up to disturb all my neighbors. I like my cooked food hot. I eat vegetables.

All I can tell you is that if you go then you are likely to have fun. Don't worry about what everyone else is doing or who they are doing it with. Just make your own fun and gain your own experiences. There is more than one way to skin a cat.

Hey Sammon and Oldkool, thanks a lot for your advice! It feels a bit strange even writing about this, but since you both mentioned the issue anyway, is the town more dominated by the brothers than it was in 2016 ? I definitely noticed less white guys around than in 2011 over the years up to 2016. I wonder why? My only issue with their dominance of Sosua, is I reckon it's affected the type of chica who comes there, and their attitude. What I mean is that most women who come now like / prefer black guys I suppose? The brothers also have a certain direct, business / show me your ass and tits way with the chicas, one minute they're sitting in a bar staring at their phone looking disinterested, the next some guy says 'want to fuck' and they're off. And the chicas definitely seemed harder in 2016 than when I first visited in 2011. Not saying that's down to the brothers though.

Apart from Sosua and Boca Chica, have any other mongering beach towns surfaced in the DR that I'm not aware of? Is Kviar Casino worth checking out, any hot Dominicans there available for a pay date? Has anyone on here been too Blackbeards, as I posted a few questions about it on that thread but got no feedback. Never been there, but might try it for a few days.

Just got back from my trip of 10 days. First time in Sosua. Had a great time, exceeded my expectations. I saw 10 different women, some with whom I sessioned multiple times. I negotiated 2,000 pesos with all girls except 2. One I agreed to 2,500 and one I thought we had an understanding at 2,000 but when she made a stink about it being 3,000 I just agreed. Out of my 17 sessions, only 3 were mildly disappointing. Mostly the girls all performed very nicely. I was able to make pretty good connections with all of them, which also helps. Really had a fun time. I would say of the 10 women, (2) were 8's, (2) were 6'es, and the other (6) were 7's. Works for me-- I'm not sure I would have gotten as good of service and price from 10's. I thought Sosua was a charming beach town. I stayed at Casa Valeria and recommend it very highly. The restaurant there is amazing. All of my breakfasts were included and so good. I ate dinner there 4 times. Great food! What is also nice about Casa Valeria is that it is right next door to New Garden, which was my second favorite restaurant. Great Italian food. I ate there 3 nights. I also tried the Jamaican place right down the street, and one other night I ate at another Italian restaurant called Ottimo's. They were also both good. I hung out at Sosua Beach instead of Alicia Beach. I've got to say, I thought it was a beautiful beach. One of the most beautiful I've ever been to. Every day I would get a beach chair with my guy Vasillio at Emilio's restaurant not too far from the Sosua side entrance. Would eat lobster or fried fish or shrimp for lunch. There is a little bit of a premium on food at the beach. Costs more than in town. But I came in under budget for the week, so I didn't mind paying for the expensive lunches. For anybody who's never been, Sosua is not just one big brothel and nothing else. I would say the mongering struck me as about 25% of what is going on in town. There were a lot of German tourists on the beach, and I noticed a lot of Italian expatriates in town. I found the town to be very safe. At least in the central area where I spent all my time. I even took a walk around some of the secondary streets at night. And while that made me slightly nervous, it was still safe. I was not walking in the barrio, just off the main street is all. On my first day at the beach, I asked if my stuff would be safe while I went swimming in the ocean. I was concerned about that, but my stuff was always safe when I left it at my beach chair for all 5 days I hit the beach. I never had a chica take anything from my room, which I was a little concerned about after reading some of the posts on this board. But I never had any problems. One thing I was disappointed about was golf. I was hoping to play golf at Playa Dorado about every other day. I only went there once. The course was nice, but the greens were horrible. So much so that I decided not not go back. That's OK, I just spent more days at the beach. I had good luck with the weather for the 10 days I was there. Really only 1 complete rain out day. If you can believe it, I never hit the world famous Classico's! I went to City Lights a few times, and hung out at Bourbon Street a couple of times, and also King's. Just goes to show that you can only pack in so much during the course of the vacation. I had full days every day, and just couldn't stay out late every night as well. Thanks to everyone who posted helpful posts on this board that I read leading up to my trip. It helped me have such a good trip.

As stated by others the streets were filled with girls but not the stunners of days gone by. There were girls everywhere. I did several Haitian girls my 1st day. I had awesome BBj from all the girls. One of the girls walked off with my after shave. I was lazy and did not put things away. The Santiago stunners are not coming as much. I think the police actions are a big factor. I tried to read back many pages on the forum, but maybe there have been some big changes since then that I'm not aware of, either obvious to the eye or more hidden changes? I'm a bit worried by a lot of the negative posts here, especially the recent killing of a girl. Has the place honestly gone downhill, would I notice less women around than in 2016, are there less bars open where the chicks hang out at night, is it more dangerous? How is November as a month to go there, low season or picking up? When I was last there chicas charged 2000 - 2500 pesos for a short time visit (an hour +/-), has this gone up ?

There was a large bar almost opposite Classico's (sorry, forgot the name) which was alive and kicking from 2011 - 2015 with a great lineup of chica's, but in 2016 they were doing construction on it, has this re-opened? To answer your questions, right now it seems slow season. Place opposit Classico is still closed. But there are many other bars where girls go. It is pretty crowded. Compared to previous years I did not see very good looking fair girls. They used to come from Santiago, La Vega area. Most girls I saw are locals who are there every night. Sosua keeps on changing. If you are coming in March who knows. Plenty of girls walking in the daytime also.

Right now the killing has not affected prostitution. Nor has it affected Black Americans. Plenty of Black Americans All over. It never used to be before.

Chica prices depend on the negotiation. Last night I did a ST for 2000. Previous night I did a LT for 4000.

Last night drove to Kviar Casino in Puerto Plata. Latched on to a nice tourist girl from Canada who was playing next to me. Few free drinks and she wanted to go to Disco. Made 3000 pesos. But that damn thing gets going after 1 am. Thinking I will not get anywhere with this one who is staying at AI. I said goodbye and came to Sosua. Hit the bar. Arrived yesterday. Staying at famous or infamous Alicia hotel. Superior king bed room is very nice with nice bathroom. Split a / see and plenty of hot water. They have re modeled the rooms and seems like run very well. Room rate 65 dollars include breakfast for one.

All these talks about Sosua dying is not true. Plenty of chicas all over of every imaginable size and color. All clubs are crowded in the evenings. Classico was packed. No police in sight.

Had couple of drinks surveying the scene downstairs from classicoes. Plenty of girls with large boobs which make DCups day. Some obviously padded but Latina women are known for big boobs. Got talking to couple. One girl wanted 150 dollars for toda la noche. Dumped her. Next one was willing to go for 4000 for all night. When she heard that I was staying at Alivia she was afraid and would not go. She suggested Cabana but I declined. There were others who were very pushy. Finally got talking to a nice girl from Santo Domingo, slim with nice size boobs, no padding. She said some story about having a job there and makes weekend trips here.
