I would like to answer your question in three parts and whether they are good or not. You can either make pills a part of your daily diet, use extenders or go under the knife.

1) Starting with pills, these basically consist of the growth hormone that enters the blood stream and make the body grow in all directions. Yes, people have been able to increase penis size with pills but there are a large number of side-effects that come along with this decision.

Either nothing will happen and you will only end up wasting your money or every problem in the world will come knocking on your door and you will neither be able to increase penis size, nor be able to walk without flinching in pain ever again. You may even be nauseous after every meal and find it difficult to pass [CodeWord109] after a certain amount of time.

2) Extenders are stretchers that are attached to the penis to pull it and make it longer. The idea behind this contraption is that if you pull the organ for a long enough period of time, the muscle will extend and you will be able to increase penis size.

All that sounds great but sadly enough, it is not possible. How can it be? You can't pull your fingers or your hair to make them grow, can you? Same logic applies for your member and those who came up with extenders obviously meant it as a joke of some kind. Well, nobody's laughing.

3) Surgery is the worst option because it involves going under the knife and obviously, taking a huge risk. The procedure is very expensive and you may or may not get the results you need. To be exact, many would say pills, potions, and pumps that supposedly enhance your junk. Do they work, or are they junk themselves?

The simple answer: No. They don't work.

The not-so-simple answer: To date there's never been a cream, a pill, or anything of that nature that's been shown to benefit penis size.

In other words: There's no quick, one-shot way to increase the size or the function of the male penis.

I too am experiencing similar issue since some time. It started with wife. I thought it was because of loss of interest. But it continues in WG also. Young nude girl dancing with me but johnny not taking notice. I too think its only brain playing nasty. Strangely in my case I have no issue masturbating to porn. I never tried Viagra etc. As I don't want to interfere in the natural processes.

What type of treatment you decided to adopt? Psyco, neuro, urologist or ayurveda? I think some narcotic drug may work. Research and pm me.

I have also experienced the same, seems this is one of the side effects of the medicine. I am now using generic cialis because it suits me better than Viagra.

I think you need to have a good foreplay before the act. Ensure that you get good BBJ and nice foreplay to get properly aroused and then only enter.

If you were having unprotected sex, your mind was used to get pleasure from the skin to skin contact.

But after use of condom, your brain needs to get used to the barrier in between the skin, so it will take a little time. Few of my friends have faced the same.
