Day 17 - Wednesday.

FINAL MONGERING DAY.

Ok, the end is finally upon me. This visit has been my longest by several days and despite a few days of the blues, I have had perhaps my best and most enjoyable visit yet. I was initially concerned about booking such a long stay, but folks such as Banana Boy and Monkey Paw, who graciously shared their time and experience, has made it a great trip.

Thai parents are at fault, in not forcing their daughters to take birth Control pills, instead preaching abstinence (we know how well that works). I think Hooters in Pattaya has to be as expensive as in the USA.

And that is exactly why the only time I have been there was when they first opened up. I paid 80 baht for a 7 baht bottle of water. (What other restaurant in Pattaya charges 80 baht for water?) And I paid 400 baht for some cold wings that took 1 hour to get to my table. When I had placed my order the place was empty then started to fill up with people. Never again!

Day 16 - Tuesday.

I am in Bangkok on Day 18 as I post this (as well as the previous report and likely the final mongering report of Day 17). After today I will be with my Thai GF and probably unable to respond to any remarks until I return home in a few weeks. So, sorry that I am bunching up reports here, but if not today, then not for several weeks.

Two days left. I am doing well on my finances despite dropping, who knows, around 10,000 baht yesterday. Crazy, I know, but memories are being made and this is probably the last time in my life I will get to experience some of this, so I don't care. I worked hard all my life; money is not a major concern of mine; I have forgone pleasures in the past to save for travel and retirement; and that time is now. We leave and the rain has eased. Meal surprises us saying she has a car. The others were going to take a taxi, but MP says she can take all of us. Well, her car is several blocks from the club, and it is in a lot where several cars have to be moved so that she can get out. MP jokes that he could have been home already had he taken the taxi. Finally we get out and we end up driving through an Indian clubbing district with Indian disco music, then eventually we are on second road. MP is giving directions and he has her turn into a parking are by that little mall across from Soi 13, but we can't get though and have to turn back. We turn back off of Second Road to get Pazze home as well as MP, and we seem to drive and drive and drive. With everyone dropped off, we turn back toward Second Road. Meal says she is hungry so we stop at a 7-11, then we eventually end up at my hotel.

We go in and I get a big grin from the security guy. Upstairs, we eat while she is constantly checking her phone. And I intermittently get her story of how she came to start this job. I will spare the details, but she is a farmer of sorts, owing a bunch of ducks and sheept and stuff. Apparently her parents lost a bunch of her money. Quick Recap days 1+2 were bad everything else was good.

Bad Days:

Day 1: Sleep deprived and both calf hurt. Brought back ladyboy from beach road.
