Any hotels near where a quick stroll to Bats / CJ's and back could give me same results?

I find this funny. Walk to BATS or CJs. LOL!

BATS and CJs are night time venues and on quite busy roads. The nearest other hotels are some distance away. No way would I walk to or from them at night. Take a taxi.

I've never stayed at the Novotel but it's in a good area for hook ups, FLs and Malls. The girls also know where it is and find it easily if they are coming to you.

Girls can be found in the basement food court or in the little popup shops in PasaRaya. Be a little careful in the main shopping complex as it's reasonably upmarket and propositioning the wrong girl could cause you trouble. BlokM Plaza and Mall or even Melawai Plaza are lower market and teeming with girls but language might be an issue.

Most hotels have in room massage with at least he and possibly FS if you completely strike out. Easy and convenient but quality is variable and you will pay for the convenience.

Q2. Have had success with Wechat in KL so was looking at staying at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada Hotel. Is this fairly central for wechat hook ups. I believe close to Lok Square and area s where possible FL can be found.

Q3. Re mall hunts. Read somewhere "The best mall for picking up girls during the day in Blok M is actually Pasar Raya Mall. " - any feedback?

The other option was to stay at hotel that have spa and just see if room service is on the cards?

I am confident and seem to be approached if I can find supply so any points in the right direction and I can do the rest.

Its exceedingly rare to see anyone esp a working girl walking any sort of distance in Jakarta. This is for good reason. It can be incredibly uncomfortable due to heat, humidity and pollution. Sidewalks can be ankle breakers and are often shared with homicidal motorbikes. Working girls on foot will be subject to constant stares and catcalls.
Most places that have girls during the day are not the types of bars that you would casually relax in, having a few coldies while surveying the options. The hotels attached to CJs and BATS are very nice so may be an option if you are happy to pay their room rates. BLOK M is a shadow of itself and doesn't get active til very late.
The only way to stay out of the traffic is to operate well out of business hours. During daylight hours it's pretty constantly heavy.
Have you considered mall or online hunting rather than bars? A bit more hit and miss but it opens up your daytime options.

Hi,

Long time lurker here. I will be in Jakarta next week and had RTFF the last 30 pages or so. Last time I went there was end of 2015, so exactly 3 years ago. Never tried twitter but I have followed and DM few twitter providers. Most of them require DP and AFAIK from all seniors here, it is a red flag. Well I have put DP on one of them and will report back next week if it is a scam or not. Also, I will be staying at bunderan HI for one night before moving to West Jakarta. Any other place beside Sagita spa in central Jakarta? Also, any recommendation of good spa near Saint Moritz?

Ok have RTFF for a while now but still need clarification.

I am a lazy punter. Like a quick walk to the bar / establishment, sit and observe while drinking, negotiate with chosen lady and quick walk back to hotel for ST romp.

Is Blok M / Lok Square still viable for this or do I do I take the BATS / CJ's route?

I know Jak is more Spa / Brothel / MP orientated but I feel rushed in these places prefer doing things at my own pace.

Hotel suggestions? Trying to stay out of the traffic? Or am I wishing for something that is not there?

There are quite a few spas there. D'Heaven, Fortune, Cherry, Delta, My Place, Pesona Sehat, Sumber Wijaya, Sari Mustika, Mitra Sehat, probably even others I haven't heard about. D'Heaven is the best if you are looking for FS. Fortune would be second best but you need to negotiate with the girl in the room. Cherry is also ok for that depending on the girls they have at the time. You can negotiate extas in any of them, but D'Heaven is basically more of a brothel than a massage place (but they do give a good massage). FS is guaranteed there. If you just want a massage, I recommend Delta first and My Place second.

That many?? Amazing. That place must have picked up some extra spa's in recent years.

We need some more Grand Wijaya reports here on the board, there are hardly any.

Crocs protect your feet better than open toe sandals and they are much more comfortable to walk in due to the cushioned bottom of the shoe. Yes, they are ugly as hell. LOL.

I actually never wear sandals or crocs anywhere other than at home. But they would be acceptable to wear if you so desired.

There are 2 D'Heaven locations. The older one in Kelapa Gading and the newer one in Grand Wijaya center (I think it's been open a few years now). However, I heard the kelapa gading location has recently been renovated.

D'Heaven is a new name. I had not seen this name mentioned in earlier reports.

D'Heaven Hotel & Spa, Sumo Shiatsu, Delta Spa are in North Jakarta (off Jl. Raya Gading Kirana as shown on the Google Maps URL pasted below).

Grand Imperial spa is also an option very close, but I haven't tried it since it's right there on the main street and I always seem to be on the wrong side of the road when I pass it. lol

A hotel on Tendean? That street is always a nightmare for traffic. But you can easily go to Blok M, or Grand Wijaya center from there. Grand Wijaya center has lots of good massage places.
