The main effect of this drug is.

One of my friend tried " Extra power capsules " from online and he says the effect is good it does help to hold for long session and wants me to give it a try.

More than a medicine it is more in practice.

More then a medicine it is psychological. Eating habits and regular fitness / yoga. Try the following-.

1) Stop watching Porn videos.

2) Reduce your stress and depression.

3) Sleep well.

3) Eat raw vegetable and fruits twice a day.

4) Get up early morning before 6 am do fitness or Yoga. Joining yoga class us much better.

5) Finish your dinner by 7.30 pm and sleep by 10 pm.

6) Vegetables: Carrot cucumber is best. And many more.

7) Watermelon and mango and butter fruit.
