Yes, Thai Leisurely Life is the joint that I mentioned in my pervious post. I am a white foreigner who spends 3-4 weeks in Taipei yearly. I have seen the ebbs and flows of the mongering industry in Taipei for the past 25 plus years. My opinion is that when one parlor closes down another will pop up shortly. It is a simply supply and demand. Does anyone have any recent experience on freebies and / or Pay for Play girls at Carnagies? This place used to be my #1 "GO TO" and hit home runs more than I struck out in the past. However, my most recent 2 visits have been down in sheer numbers of girlies. Or, maybe I am just getting old and don't want to work as hard as I used to. Maybe my old age will bring back home to the guaranteed Cesars Sauna. Sigh. On another note; I have tried a few massage joints near Sherwood Hotel and although the massages were adequate, nothing sexual ever happened. Any intel in that are would be appreciated. To answer to WillyManWilly, I guess Minquan Blue will close for a while. There is maybe a business issue. The boss had changed two years ago and the name of the place had changed.

There was a big turnover there (I could not see the same lady twice), they even were looking for ladies (it was written on their entrance door). Moreover, an other MP has opened 2-3 doors before (Minquan Red).

Nevertheless, this place was with Ceasar's and Private X one big brothel in Taipei. We could see their door opening every five minutes with a customer going out or in. I have no doubt that it will reopen in the future.

There have been plenty of posts about the area around Longshan but I'll add my own experience anyway as my first post.

I went to the intersection of guilin road and kangding road, and then walked south down kangding road. Even though it was after midnight and chilly, there were plenty of women out in short skirts. I walked by them and was asked if I wanted a massage. I picked one that was petite and then followed her into the building. She had a bit of an accent so I think she may have been Viet, but her Mandarin was better than mines is so I'm not really sure. There's a security guard in front, and we walked past him and took the elevator up to the rooms. Once you are past the first door upstairs, you take your shoes off at the front and then go into a private room.

She asked for 1350, and after I gave her 1500 (I didn't bother asking for change and she hesitated only slightly), we rinsed off in the shower and then headed over to the bed. There was no pretense of a massage. Nipple licking, very short BBJ, condom on, her on top, and then doggy. Her figure wasn't bad but she had some whitening makeup on which I'm not a fan of. She was overall quite friendly, and I didn't really try to push her to do anything. The room has mirrors so you can witness your depravity if you're into that.

Afterwards, she helped me clean up in the shower and then we left back downstairs together. On my way out I saw another girl who was pretty decent looking that was going up with another client, but when I went out onto the street, all the other women I saw were not really doable. Given the short sessions I suspect the same few girls get all the clients though I guess people have different tastes.

I'm in Taiwan for another week or so and I'm planning to try out some other options while I'm here. KTV seems like a tough nut to crack with my shitty mandarin and lack of contacts, but I might try out one of the saunas next. Stay safe out there everyone.

Bummer on the closing of Minquan Blue!

I did some damage in that joint during my many visits.

Few months ago I visited a joint across the street just down from the 7-11. Nice HJ from a 30 something. Service was OK and would go back in a pinch.

I have never stayed in Taipei. Already planned to stay 5 nights in April on the way to Philippines. If it is just like Hong Kong or China where all hotels are girlfriendly you should be fine.

Thanks for the input. I'll report back about the hotel after the trip. I don't speak Mandarin so I might end up not even scoring with a local girl.

I am not against paying first locally. Most times I have to pay first locally. For these visiting providers that you don't know, you can't pay first. Many lie about services in their ad. I visited another provider and she wanted payment first again after we shower together. I just put on my clothes and leave but she relented so I stayed. She does not even know she put the services she does not intent to offer in her ad. The previous "pay first" provider message me to go back to visit her after I have left.
