Now for 4 days I suggest pick ONE SPOT, be it either Bogota or Medellin, as you have more time to learn the lay of the land. I have experienced the Sundays to Wednesdays mongering visits to many cities in Colombia looking for pussy and my take as it pertains to Bogota and Medellin is they both do slow down a bit during this weekly time slot BUT a little bit of patience and putting in some efforts can and will lead to some great finds no matter what day of the week it may be.
Remember expectations only lead to resentments. Have fun!
Happy New Year 2019!

Posts: 354Four nights: BOG on Sun & Mon; MDE on Tue & Wed or the otherway around?
Finally squeezing in my first trip to Colombia and have a total of 4 day / nights: Sunday to Wednesday in mid February and want to see two cities. From RTFF seems Bogota and Medellin are best options. Is one city better or worse on a Sunday & Monday? Is there much variation in the action by the night of the week?
My interest is straight up P4 P (no time to hassle with Cupid or FB) and no real interest in late night partying, but want a good selection of under 22 year old chicas without implants for afternoon and early evening action.
Cheers. Really hope Colombia holds up to the hype! I fear I am spoiled a bit by Southeast Asia.

Posts: 212Wingo, Viva Colombia, Latam and Avianca had cheap flights within the country for a cheap as $25 flights.
And I never said their were no budget airlines in South America. Wrong guy. I flew into Santa Marta for $356 roundtrip from Miami on Viva Colombia. I then took a bus to Cartagena stayed there for a day. Then decided I wanted to go to another city before going to San Andres so I went to Medellin $26 flight on VivaColombia. Once I had some fun there I found it was $27 to fly from Bogota to San Andres on Wingo instead of paying $120 from Medellíand. So I looked for a ticket to Medellin to Bogota and found one for $29 on Wingo. So I had a good time in Sante Fe for a night before having a relaxing few days with my Cali girl in San Andres who's round-trip was $71 using travel company Aviatur. After a few days on the island, she went to Cali and I decided to go to Barranquilla, where I am now, which cost me $42 on Wingo. I use Skyscanner, Momondo and Google flights to find the flights. Hope this helps.

Made another quick stop to Bogota. Can't beat $25 flights. Sante Fe Is best red light in world in terms of value. Ended up at the usual clubs but found some hotness in Paisas. Went with 23 year old Venezuelan for $60 k for 30 minutes. Sex was ok but loved looking at that ass. More fun times to come. To all my ass Lovera enjoy.

Taxis in Bogota have a reputation for overcharging. Beware of anyone offering you a taxi inside of the airport. It's likely a freelancer who will charge a ridiculous amount.
My last 2 trips to Bogota were short trips and I traveled light. Walk out the door, hop on the green SITP bus for Portal El Dorado. At Portal El Dorado, get a card for the Transmilenio, hop on and I can ride to within a few blocks of my hotel for about $1.

In most places the shared ride apps are cheaper than taxis. You do not have to worry about a hot meter or haggling about the price. You also have to flag down a taxi. You can just push the button on your phone and the Uber comes to you. You do not need money for Uber. You can have a credit card stored on your account and it automatically charges the ride to that. I have an American Express Platinum and they give me $200 per year ($15 per month, $35 for December) credit for Uber.
Last year I was taking a ride from the airport in Manila to the hotel that I stay in there. It usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The cost was about $5. Traffic ended up being a mess that day. It took 3 hours to get to my hotel. It was still $5. Imagine what it would have been in a taxi.

Posts: 484Was just wondering, why do all you guys take Uber in Bogota, are the taxi's not pretty cheap there as it is? Which of the two are safer? Maybe it's a cultural difference. Here in Belgium where things are slow to change, they haven't really caught on yet. In Brussels an Uber driver was actually taken to court, the Taxi mafia are very strong there.

Best times, days for SF are Wednesday-Saturday 8:30 p-12:30 a Even on Sunday-Tuesday after 9 pm there are usually some really hot girls that most guys would be happy with.
Going in the daytime can be good in afternoons. It's really nice top see the girls in day light. Even in the morning and lunch time there are girls there for the lunch / breakfast crowd.
Attunes will have stunners there in the day time too.
Colombian pay day is the 1st and 15th this is a huge factor in quantity too.
