There tends to be two regular black girls floating around the BC, both have been around for a while. One is thin and gaunt and I wouldn't go near her with a barge pole. It is Vietnamese NY as well obviously so many will go home, I would expect numbers to be down in this nationality. VNY is 7 days but some Viet girls stay longer with their families. I still think though there will be enough to go round.

Generally Changkat has a few hanging out around the clubs and pubs. Usually see them sitting on stools outside Zion night club- this would be your best bet, have seen a few on main drag at BB.

One Stop Food Court. By this do you mean hotel Richmore??

No this is not Richmoore. It is a local scene on Jalan Gelang just down from the Hote123, and accessed via Jalan Sungai Besi. Its about 10 to 15 minutes walk from Richmoore. It is like a food court but with several Chinese FL's walking around. I took one once for 100 Ringgits one pop. They take you to the apartment building next door where they have rooms. The shower was not inside the room though. Service was shall we say moderate.

I also agree about Vietnamese women. Both in KL and Singapore I specifically seek out Vietnamese women, and have always had a great time with them. They leave their country and it's like they are free and can do what they want. Many memorable times with them and two of them I visited in Vietnam for good times. I did not have a problem with the hotels but I was staying in very nice foreigner friendly hotels, in Hanoi and Danang. Don't know about Ho Chi Minh City.

In KL Vietnamese are actually more mercenary on average, I think, but the outlier Vietnamese can be really good, better than the top PRCs, who are just decent. Yes it is really disappointing that service IN Vietnam is usually poor.
