Personally I can't see any changes from 6 months back. 50 E sessions are exactly as you described: The quality you get from each girl vary a lot.

Some girls may try to upsell a service that you want. My suggestion is simply to say politely "no, thank you" and walk away and find someone better. Things like that can happen today, happened 6 months ago, and 6 years ago. Again, no signficant change from 6 months ago. It all depends on the girl you ask.

It is important to note that if nothing is said in advance, there is NO extra for DFK / DATY / FIV / Massage (or BBBJ). If a girl wants extra for any of these services, she must be upfront with it. So; if she, outside the room, says she wants extra for, say DFK, you can say "no, thank you" and walk away. If she informs you inside the room before the session, you can - still - walk away without paying. The front desk will support you as long as no action incurred inside the room. If she asks extra money at the money locker after the session, you can tell her that since she was not upfront with it there is no extra for DFK (etc.). Things like that must be cleared with you in advance.
