You need to RTTF for a year or so back as nothing much has changed. Remember that PV is a good sized city so "in town" has little meaning. If you mean "in Old Town", that's a different story.

Just got back from my first trip to the Pacific side of Mexico and got a chance to see the sights.

The cruise ships dock in the Marina, which is just a stone's throw from LA. LA closes in mid afternoon, or earlier when ships are not in. On non-cruise ship days, girls arrive later, so plan between 12 pm And 2 pm Cruise days maybe 5-8 girls. Non-cruise days, maybe 3 to 5. These are my observations from last February, and years prior. Las Antorchas is "best" when a cruise ship is in port. There are several sites (like cruiseportinsider) that you can check for their arrival dates and times.
