Some would say you are the one being taken advantage of by making you pay for something they are giving Filipinos for free. No idea how the one paying could be the one taking the advantage. That is like going to a car dealer and buying a car and the purchaser being blamed for taking advantage of the dealer. Nobody is making anyone do anything. The one that is being paid can always go back home with the same exact thing they arrived with, same as anyone else can do on their job. No harm, no foul.
