For me I would not like to use any kind of medical facilities in Philippine if m not in the edge. While I m visiting Philippine I always carry an aid box containing Ciprofloxacin, dehydration preventing oral suspension, different kind of pain reliever etc med with me.

I would go to the Dermatology Section in the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital in Pattaya if I were you. Expensive, but uses the correct equipment.

So that is what they are called? Thanks a lot. What a mine of information this site is. Reading the above link is me to a tee.
The reason to do it in Angeles is to spend money on myself as well as on friendly female locals. It is too much hassle to do here. Saving money on such things (I got glasses done up in SM mall and am very happy with them) suits me. There is also a nice middle aged dentist just beyond walking street who bristles up my teeth and I would love to spend more money on such things. Last time, I got manicures and pedicures but I feel they are a waste. Real lipstick on a pig in my case.
Thanks for the heads up about the eyes, which the above link does mention. Thanks also for mentioning Thailand. Now here is a question: what has Thailand its act together regarding parting tourists with their money and Pinoys don't? Forget the government? Why do Pinoy dudes not get together and provide services where coin is to be made?

I am some about 4 small, unsightly lumps of skins I would like removed for vanity sake. I got 3 others removed years ago in Thailand: small lumps that are visible around the eye and so on, a 5 minute job and a bandage, nothing much more needed. I am not normally into vanity but these annoy me. Is Angeles a safe bet to have them safely removed?

Sorry if I'm not clear. English is not my native language and this is not easy to describe.
