You are right. In all aspects Thailand and Singapore are the countries providing best medical treatment among the ASEAN countries. I m afraid Philippine is the country might be the bottom in serial. The reason is Thailand and Singapore medics enjoying enough freedom about the experimenting in treatment. More over they are able to use latest scientific equipment for diagnosis purposes. Where as the Philippine medics don't have; they are abide and restricted by rules and lack of latest equipment too.

For me I would not like to use any kind of medical facilities in Philippine if m not in the edge. While I m visiting Philippine I always carry an aid box containing Ciprofloxacin, dehydration preventing oral suspension, different kind of pain reliever etc med with me.

I would go to the Dermatology Section in the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital in Pattaya if I were you. Expensive, but uses the correct equipment.
I removed a skin tag on my upper eyelid by using Dr Scholls Wart Freeze Away. Totally sterile, the skin tag fell off within a week. Cheap, no pain or blood, and you can target just the tag with the applicator.

    3rd World Tagging.

Thanks for all of this. If it is such a simple procedure, why the problem getting it done in the Philippines? My first visit to the Philippines was around 1989 and what struck me about it was how disgusting the toilets were: blocked drains, sewage floating around, really gut wrenching. I have seen none of that on my subsequent journeys but it seems that toxic aura lingers. I have been to the main hospital in Angles to get de clappified and it looked professional.

Though I am very grateful for the advice, what strikes me is the real lack of faith in the Philippines. I have never taken a jab going there or elsewhere and I have got violently sick in other places. Maybe all this is playing the odds which is fine but some, rightly or wrongly, make it sound like Russian roulette, which it must be for many poor Pinoys for whom a tuk tuk ride is a big expense and an ambulance or proper or routine medical care is totally out of the question.

    Apologies to Mick.

    Skin Tags.

    https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/67317.php

So that is what they are called? Thanks a lot. What a mine of information this site is. Reading the above link is me to a tee.

The reason to do it in Angeles is to spend money on myself as well as on friendly female locals. It is too much hassle to do here. Saving money on such things (I got glasses done up in SM mall and am very happy with them) suits me. There is also a nice middle aged dentist just beyond walking street who bristles up my teeth and I would love to spend more money on such things. Last time, I got manicures and pedicures but I feel they are a waste. Real lipstick on a pig in my case.

Thanks for the heads up about the eyes, which the above link does mention. Thanks also for mentioning Thailand. Now here is a question: what has Thailand its act together regarding parting tourists with their money and Pinoys don't? Forget the government? Why do Pinoy dudes not get together and provide services where coin is to be made?

Can't you get them removed in your home country? Why would you consider AC of all places?

    Not in Angeles

Especially if they are around your eye. I wouldn't trust the sterility of the instruments there. At least wait till you are in Manila. (Or back in Thailand.).

The doctors in Angeles City do an excellent job of removing cock warts with minimal scarring. Assuming that the lumps of skin are similar growths, they should have no problem removing them for you. However, you may want to choose a plastic surgery clinic instead of the cock warts removal clinic for facial growths. The "Bello" branded clinics are the best for minor aesthetic surgical procedures, and there is one in Angeles City.

Of course, at the proper place. I assume they are called skin tags which can be cut off, frozen off or laser off.

And I suppose what the not-politically (non-politically?) correct crowd will never get is that when people are expressing another opinion than them it doesn't mean this opinion is forced on them. Somehow they always feel very much attacked and react like 'if you're not with us, you're against us'.

Sorry if I'm not clear. English is not my native language and this is not easy to describe.
