In the end of Janury I came back to Osaka for the second time. Went to Tobita Shinchi and compared to two years ago I found a higher quality with alot of young eye candy, seems more girls are happy to have a session with western guys now. Too bad that also this time the perfomance was very bad and all cover. Price 16000 yen for 20 min and 20000 yen for 30 min. There are some peripheral shops that start at 11000 yen for 20 min but the women are old.

Also went for the first time at Matsushima Shinchi, a smaller RLD near Kujo Station. Here only few girls were available for foreigners, also quality and quantity are much lower than in Tobita. I have not tried any girl here but I think the price are 11000 yen for 20 min and 16000 yen for 30 min, but I'm not sure about this.

In Tobita I always see only one girl for shop, instead at Matsushima I saw shops that have 2 or 3 girls to choose from.

OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have busted the management company for dozens of web sites that on the surface sought the companionship of women while concealing the fact that they were to work in the sex trade, reports the Yomiuri Shimbun (Jan. 10).

On Tuesday, police accused Koichiro Kusabiraki, the 36-year-old representative director of Rek International, and three other employees of violating the Employment Security Act regarding introductions to harmful businesses. None of the suspects has commented on the allegations.

In January, a woman, 20, who responded to a "rental girlfriend" advertisement on the site of the Japan Girlfriend Agent Center, which is managed by Rek International, wound up employed at a "delivery health" out-call sex service, according to police.

The Employment Security Act designates work at fuzoku (adult entertainment) parlors as harmful, making introductions to such businesses prohibited.

The content of the advertisements on the Japan Girlfriend Agent Center indicated that women were to be paid 3,500 yen per hour to go on dates with men with no sexual contact being required. However, the women were later told that providing sex would be necessary to get paid during interviews with the suspects, police said.

The women were then referred to sex businesses. The suspects are believed to have received a portion of the sales accumulated by the women as commissions, police said.

"I couldn't refuse".

The matter came to light after women lodged complaints with police. "This job is not what I thought it would be," one woman said. Another was quoted, "I couldn't refuse to work at the sex parlor. ".

Rek International established about 150 similar sites, the majority of which used the same kind of advertising to refer hundreds of women to sex businesses.

OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have busted the largest recruitment company for the commercial sex (fuzoku) industry in the Kansai area for allegedly tricking a woman into engaging in prostitution, reports Nikkan Sports (Oct. 16).

In March of last year, Kazuya Ueda, the 37-year-old representative director of Kizuna, and three other streets scouts allegedly solicited a woman on a street in a business district of Osaka's Chuo Ward for work as a prostitute at a parlor in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture while falsely claiming that the place of employment would be a bar.

Kizuna employs around 200 street scouts in nine divisions. They patrol the streets of entertainment districts in Osaka and other areas of the Kansai region.

A police investigation revealed that the group provides commissions to scouts for the supply of women to the fuzoku trade (1,750 yen per day of work for hostesses and between seven percent and 20 percent of the earnings of a prostitute). For the adult video industry, scouts receive up 40 percent of the performance fees of an actress.

In the Amagasaki case, police had arrested nine employees at the parlor, located in the Kannami Shinchi area, for violating the Anti-Prostitution Law.

According to Nippon News Network (Oct. 16), police are probing possible ties between Kizuna and organized crime.

Stick to the places that have been reviewed by many posters over the years. There are many scams and criminals in the Japanese sex business. Phone based services will take your credit card# and exchanging facebook with the girl can get you extortion. Imagine if the prostitute sent photos to your wife or family.

It might be worth checking out for someone staying in Kyoto for a few nights, but it's obviously a longer trip from Osaka and there are plenty of options there including FS options.

These are all shops from which I got service as a well-groomed middle-aged Caucasian with zero Japanese language skills back in October / November. One thing I didn't mention in my reports is that I used the Skype app with a local Japanese phone number to communicate with the shops. It made everything very easy.

In Kyoto there might be a Tobita area in Shimabara. I REALLY DOUBT it will be foreigner friendly. There isn't even much written about it. So it must be the Japanese only "secret" area.

Kyoto has a Tobita type district. I haven't been able to find it. I might have started walking at the wrong station. There isn't much written about it and I can't remember the site that had a map. It might be between the last two stations on the Keihan line on the mountain side.

After about two weeks spend in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka, I made it to Kyoto for a single night, arriving in the late afternoon in early November. One of my goals for this trip to Japan was to visit the Ogoto soapland district. After I checked into my hotel in Kyoto I briefly considered trying to make the trip over to Ogoto, but with only one night in Kyoto that would have killed off the entire evening. So that will still be a goal for the next trip.

Instead, after doing some sightseeing I made my way to the Gion neighborhood and visited the and Cats pinsaro. I've read reports of foreigners who speak Japanese being denied entry and others of foreigners being admitted. Not sure what all the variables were in those situations, it could depend on how busy they are, the mood of the guy working the door, and the appearance and behavior of the person trying to get in. I'm a middle-aged Caucasian American who doesn't speak a word of Japanese but I arrived clean shaved and neatly dressed. Using Google Translate I told the guy I understood the rules of the place- I'm not sure he even read my message, he just waved me in and showed me the rules and price list on a laminated sheet written in English.

They have two systems at and Cats: the simple course is for a simple BJ, the more expensive course includes kissing and fondling above the waist plus BJ, so I guess that's like an Oppai Pub experience with a BJ. This second option was what I wanted and pointed to, but the guy shook his head and pointed to option one. I guess the second option is only available to Japanese language speakers, or was at that moment. So I accepted the first option, paid my fee, and was taken to my booth and waited for a few minutes.

The girl arrived, she was a cute early 20-something dressed in a schoolgirl uniform. I tried to have a brief introductory chat using Google translate, but she wasn't too interested and just asked me to undue my pants. Well okay then. After my dinner, I figured it was my only night in town so what the heck. I walked back to the same street and Cats is located on and approached one of the ladies, a sexy MILFish type in tight jeans. She was happy to have an interested customer- must have been a slow night. She led me up an elevator to what looked like an actual massage parlor (sometimes these setups are just mats on a cubicle floor) which was dark and otherwise empty.
