Guys,

I was suffering from khaasi (cough) like 5 weeks back. Then it went away in 10 days time to only resurface again. So I took antibiotics prescribed by ent specialist which cured it in another 7-8 days. After that in 2-3 days time I felt itchiness in my throat and general lethargy (tiredness) throughout the day. Tirrence- Shilajit is a good supplement. I have tried both Dabur and Patanjali. I felt that Pathanjalis product works well. IMHO, there is no straight forward answer. It depends on your assessment of WG/partner hygiene and the extent of risk you are willing to take. Don't perform DATY if you observe any blisters/sores in and around vaginal area of your WG/partner.
