I agree with you, but I do add a tip as part of the negotiations. Often I'll make an offer that's lower than she is asking, with the promise of a tip if she takes really good care of me. This works especially well if she is making promises, like she is the best ever, blah blah blah. If I had a session not long before, I'll often tell them that I am too tired to go up and they swear they can make me cum, so I tie that into the tip as well. They know they are working extra hard for that tip.

In the room I'll set her fee on the table and show her the tip in my pocket. It makes it much more likely that she'll be affectionate for the whole session, or will do things she might not otherwise (like CIM) and she rarely watches the clock. Let's just say your experience differs greatly from mine. I'm not sure what to attribute that to. First, it is certainly not because I'm overly attractive. I would guess that looks wise, I'm in the bottom 25th percentile of customers. But generally, I play it cool. There are different approaches but what works best for me is to stay back and wait for a girl that shows interest. There are exceptions I make but my thought is that if a girl shows interest, my chances of a connection have increased. Again, even though I'm not a great looking dude, I do not have any shortage of girls willing to flirt for a few minutes without a tip. In fact, I generally do not invite a chica for a drink without a few minutes of flirting and feel out the connection. I do not frequent many US strip clubs for many reasons.

Also, it is very rare I tip for arriba. Maybe that makes me a bad guy. But, I think that, if it's negotiable, that negotiation should include tip. Three dollars is the correct beer price. Free shot is early then they stop free shot.
