1. At the offline escorts screen, I was not able to sort the escorts by rate / price / distance. Instead, you're automatically sorted by 'default' option even when selecting other options. But, the sorting works just fine for online escorts.

Browser used is Google Chrome Version 72.0. 3626.121 on Windows 10.

2. I started using chat option and I think there is no procedure for escorts to force them to reply. At least to say no or yes and I noticed this despite the escort being online in couple of hours. I believe there is an area of improvement here that needs to implement a mechanism to ensure the escorts or their agency answer when messaged / inquired similar to when the escort receives a booking but fails to respond within specific time frame. Although, I only tried to chat with independents and this might be different with agencies.

Thank you for the feedback. I will pass these notes on to the team. We are currently working on tweaks to update the chat system and your points are all very valid.

Rather than using a chat plug in we built our own chat system, while a chat plug in may be more developed and user friendly from the get go, having our own chat system allows to mould and tweak the chat around the needs of our users. Admitedly the chat is still quite basic in it's first phace, but over the coming months we will look to introduce more user friendly chat management, and more chat tools and settings, allowing you to quickly find your messages, and delete any unwanted chats.

Premium members get to see the same escorts online as non-premium members.

Hi, the prices should all be very clear on t he booking confirmation page, with no hidden charges. We currently only allow companions to offer additional extra costs ofr A level and couples services (both given as an optional add on).

My experience is you pat only the quoted price and if you are happy a tip at the end. The tip is not required but is appreciated. That said I have newer gotten a girl for a-level or couples but you can easily confirm the price when making the booking.

In fact I've met a few girls through Smooci and never been asked to pay upfront and never had any problem with their attitude. For me the problem was mostly that some of them didn't look as good as their pics.

Previous times, I think I paid couple of times before and couple of times after the act. In case of Venus, she asked before the shower. Now, I remember when I met bobby from smooci and I asked to pay after, she said smooci rules that you pay in first 10 minutes.

Venus was my worst smooci experience and 3rd worst overall experience in life.

Yes, I did add the review. Usually I always see reviews before booking, I don't why this time I forget to view reviews because their were reviews telling almost exact same behavior. If I would have seen those before, I have never booked her in first place. But anyways, bad experience always comes with learnings.

On drug abuse, don't know much about the subject, but yeah it could be the case.
