I usually use a Polish sim card. After leaving the baggage claim go right hand the hall of the airport until reaching the newspaper shop. You buy an Orange tarter kit for 10 zlt. Adding to this reply, I was just in Warsaw this week and the newspaper shop is named Relay. Won't post link but you can lookup shops at official Chopin airport website for picture of the place, supposed to be open 24 hrs.
