You are quite right that the rates have increased to above 4 k and nowadays its not business as we had in the past. Mostly all girls would be charging upwards of 4 k and some would even take 6 k. These were under 3 k few years ago in premium buildings few years ago. Most of the variety is long gone that was once charm of the SG.
