    Thaifroendly girls.

I am off to Thailand, Cambodia and Malaysia for a few weeks.

I have been to BKK a times but just very short transit stays and a few business engagements.

This time I will have 2-3 weeks. Focus would be on freelancers, with occasional gogo pickup.

I have been a member of thaifriendly for almost 3 years but just added paid membership to my account.

Just found that almost 30-40% girls there are free lancers (who admit it upfront).

Price ranges from 1300 (32 years old hot MILF in Pattaya) to 6000 (19 years old fresh school graduate in cheerleader uniform) for ST.

Have spent 2 hra a day for last 4 days and have about 20 contacts lined up in bkk and pattaya.

Will try to post individual reviews as I sample the goods and services.

    I wrote a generic message.

Hi. I am xxxx. Coming to BKK for holidays on 28th Mar. Would love to meet for a coffee, meals, beers or more. Cam help.

    Cheers.

Sent this to about 150 ladies. Got 50 responses. Have about 20 lined up at line.

Om this note, can a senior member give pointers to raunchiest gogo. Would lime to show pingpong show for once without getting robbed (bucket list).

    TIA.

I self injected and took the single dose of Azith and that sorted all symptoms out within a few days. 2 weeks later the results came back that I had contracted Chlamydia, so the shotgun treatment approach saved me time and got rid of the sti sooner.

I know that self diagnosing from the internet is a bad idea in some cases, but with the ease of buying things over the counter in Thailand, it's pretty damn convenient for a common sti. Testing is cheap, but slow. And 250 baht worth of meds solved the problem long before the test results came back.
I can't imagine the pain you would have gone through if you waited 2 weeks to get the results, good move from you.

I too always try to see how I could do to heal it by myself, and when I see a doctor I don't always take blindly what they give to me if I feel it's something weird.

I agree, the fact that we can get a lot of products without prescription is one of the things that I really love in Thailand.

Yes, good advice on the drinking lots of water. That is one thing that my doctor recommended, so as to help flush out the bacteria in the urethra through more frequent peeeing.

That is a very pertinent observation about the girl licking the inside of your urethra. I will remember that one. Thanks for your input.
I'm sure that it was a sti because firstly I never had any infection of any kind before, and secondly I'm aware that the exact same girl infected many other guys also (I didn't know that at the time I was meeting her, I realised it only later), then I felt it was very weird at the moment she licked the inside of the urethra, then the next day I was already feeling a discomfort and it got worse very quickly. The only thing I don't know is which bacteria it was. The fact that she infected other guys in a long period of time (many weeks) also shows that she is probably permanently infected by these bacteria.

Another time I felt the exact same discomfort the next day that a Nana plaza girl gave me a BBBJ and I immediately drank a lot more water to make me going toilet very frequently and the discomfort went away quickly without any side effect, although I cannot be sure for that time but I suspect very strongly that it was another sti because the girl was far from being hygienic.

You've got to act very quickly in these kind of situation to not let the bacteria going further the urethra because it seems that once it arrives in the testicles it's almost impossible to get rid of it.

The moment she infected me, she just spread the skin on the exit of my urethra and licked inside for a few seconds, it was enough to let the bacteria enter the urethra.
Hi Paolo, many thanks for your very interesting report. Yes, the burning when peeeing one of the worst things I have ever encountered. I too am fearful. It just makes me realise that I won't be letting any chicks in future suck on my dick. It's just not worth the possible adverse consequences.

I do observe the chick who I thought I caught it off eating a lot prior to servicing me. She doesn't seem to go and clean her teeth prior to seeing me, so I have often wondered what sort of bacterias associated with the food are in her mouth. She does use listerine, but the doctor told me that is not 100% effective.

But you've got to find the independent pharmacies (no brand on it, preferably written in Thai) and it would be better if the pharmacist is an older guy.
I just bought Ceftraxione (1 MG injectable with lidocaine) and disposable syringes from one of the Pharmacies in Rama 4 right across the street from the hospital and Thai Red Cross testing center. I also picked up the azithromycin there. I had been tested for the range of sti's at Thai Red cross 30 min before, but the test results take around 2 weeks to come back. That's why you have to get tested from an accredited medical center.
Guys, thanks for all your advice. I have posted in the Safe Sex in Thailand section about my visit to a hospital in Pattaya today.

    Hi Franga,

Sorry to hear what you're going through.

I too caught some std that had the exact same effects than the one you described (except it healed before any yellow discharge happened).

It was burning like hell at the point that I was very scared every time I had to go and have a pee.

I did just arrived back in my country when I realized it (I could clearly identify the moment I caught it, 2 days before my flight back).

I didn't go to check it because in my country some of these doctors are *ssh*les than like to make you feel bad when you caught an std or when you're doing a std checkup.

In fact I didn't took any medicine.

I did only 2 things: first drink a lot more water than usual to not let the bacteria go further up in the urethra, and secondly every time I had to go to toilet I took time to slowly spread the skin at the exit of my urethra. Just doing this reduced the pain of maybe 30% because it's the amount of liquid that have to go through that wounded area in an extremely brief time that open and worsen the wound in your urethra caused by the bacteria, and every time I went to toilet the pain was diminishing and I was completely healed after maybe four or five days. But in my case I'm circumcised (it probably helped me a lot) and I caught the disease maybe 4 days earlier.

The girl can have the bacteria in her mouth and never give it to anyone until she does anything weird.

The girl that gave it to me was the exact same girl that I was staying with during my last 2 weeks, and she gave me a lot of BBBJ before she infected me. The moment she infected me, she just spread the skin on the exit of my urethra and licked inside for a few seconds, it was enough to let the bacteria enter the urethra. I remember the next day I already had a strange feeling in my dick when I went to toilet, but as I never caught any std I didn't know what it was until it started burning the next days.

It's probably too late for you to follow only these two steps but I'm pretty sure that even in your condition you should consider drinking a lot more water than usual and even put some lemon in it.

    Good luck.

Actually I spoke to the chick who I thought I caught it off. She assures me that she is fine, and that she doesn't have any std's. But maybe there is symptomless gonorrhea sitting at the back of her throat. She says that she often gets tested every few months for a cost of 300 baht.

Board Members, sorry for hijacking the Bangkok thread.
Gonorrhea, chlamydia and trichomoniasis are often symptomless because their immune system can control it and people infect their partners without knowing they are infected and they are cured overtime without knowing they were infected.

Maybe she recently contracted and infect you without knowing, maybe she did not get tested. Just find an accredited doctor by preference (urologist or venereologist). Pattaya vs BKK

I like Crazy House, Kasalong, and the occasional Nana Park FL. I saw a really nice young one on my way back from Kasalong in January. She was standing a ways down close to the Family Mart by Hillary's. Boy was she ever cute. She wanted 1500 baht but I was just too shagged out.

I don't expect to make it to Pattaya this time but if do I'd like to return to Telephone Bar. Any news? What about Beach Road? And if I do go which inexpensive GF hotel should I stay in this time, close to Becah Road and Walking street. Any suggestions much appreciated.

    Cheers!
Pattaya is still working girl heaven. Just walk down either side of Beach Road to Walking Street and there's a girl every 5 feet.

People complain about the talent all over BKK and Pattaya, but if you take your time, you can find something good.

I still like Soi 6 the best as far as money and value and cuteness and Red Point Bar always has a few I like.

You will get a shot of Ceftraxione for gonnorhea. Both those meds will take care of anything you could have as far as minor sti's. It will take about a week before you should have any unprotected sexual contact without being contagious. I'll f Azuthromycin didn't work. The you would take doxycycline everdday (2 times 100 MG) for 7 days.
That makes perfect sense. Thanks for the clarification.

    Hello Franga,

I'm sorry to know about your ordeal. I've read through your posts and other learned members' responses as well. I'm not a qualified medical professional, but I've gone through severe UTI few years back. So, as an old patient, daring to compose this note.

You would need to have better and thorough medical consultation urgently.

You might want to have a quick STD panel test plus check for UTI culture to identify the bacteria.

Wish you a speedy recovery from a fellow punter in Bangalore, India.

    Regards,

    MSL.

Yes I am sure that it taken all at once and at the time of the injection. That is what I am reading on all of the websites. They do mention doxycycline as an alternative to azithromycin and that is taken as a 5 day course I think.
