First flour looks a bit like a mall, but dimly lit in reddish light. Place is packed with people, some sitting, smoking and drinking. You can guess at first glance that you don't come here for quality. You come here to sate some urge. Anyway, I wanted to see some WG, and was definitely not disappointed here. I'd say there were about 50 girls lining up against the walls. From truck drivers, to WG in their 40's, to PRC, to Thais, you have everything here. Some really sexy girls too. That being said, I didn't really find anything to my liking, so decided to exit after a couple of turns around the flour. But surprise! It was raining buckets outside. Guess god wanted me to stay uh? Agreed 100%. I don't waste my time with these street side massage place. Even well known Bond / Saboon Spa and Deluxe Spa In Federal hotel could be hit and miss. Regardless service will be much better than Street Side Spa. Considering Full Service options. A quick google search will turn up with a lot of varieties of options. One again bargaining is the key point depending on the looks.

My experience is pimps on BB are total waste of time, usually scam or as said waste of time. Agreed never go to their place = set up for sure. Cut out the middle man. If you can't find and deal directly with the girls in KL either you aren't trying or too dumb. Be careful as some well dressed Chinese guys operate the same and result is the same.

Pretty close to the federal building. If you exit from the Federal Spa Entrance, turn left and walk straight for 1 min and you will have LowYat plaza on the right and apple store on your left. You will turn left on the first street after apple store and walk straight all the way to the end till you reach the intersection. By now, you should be standing facing 2 Pakistani Restaurants (pretty good food). Cross the street towards restaurant and start looking right and you will see some signs for massage place and money exchange.

Best time to go would be afternoon / evening and you won't miss that Chinese lady. Just stand and light up a smoke and you will see her approaching you at no time. Once again, bargain hard and tell her your requirements.

I have had few good luck from Changkat. Picked one Uzbek once and Indonesian another time. Best time would be after 11 pm at night and best location between Havana Grill and Hotel Soleil. Stick to the Bar side, not hotel soleil / Havana side and don't hesitate to bargain.

I used to stay 2 street down in Ramada Suites which is about 5-7 min walk from there.

I agree with Mike. This is an impossible description. If you pick an area of the city that interests you, maybe someone will have suggestion.

I found that Bukit bintang met all of my day needs in KL (I just returned from there last week). Also, it is not difficult to establish BEFORE paying the fee if the girl will give you BBBJ, CBJ or full service and at what cost. Beware, they will start negotiations at 400! I will be back soon to KL. Maybe some expert who has been there recently could provide an advice.

Hotel Soleil and Nova hotel spas are closed and will not be back. Alfa Genesis spa was closed years before them.
Besides Federal Hotel, what spas are currently open downtown (I know web sites and spas that are located well away from downtown) and offer the same kind of atmosphere and girls as those I was used to find at Hotel Soleil / Radius?

Any more closures or re-openings happened recently? Any recent update?
What about Skyriver? Green Elephant? What are the options in these days, if any?
