Couple years back. I had same symptoms. After an expected BBBJ from MP girl in Bombay. Burning sensation while urination. Yellow discharge. Enlarged testis.
After [CodeWord109] culture it turned out to be E-coli. Treated by Doxycycline.

You won't have trouble with AIDS but I advise you to use the condom for other STDs. There is a 10 year study in straight serodiscordant couples in 1990, it was the longest study, nobody was infected with HIV. Catching the same stds many times may damage your body and increase the risk of drug resistance.
Don't use the fucking Prep and use condoms to stay healthy. Prep is more recommended for people at risk (MSM).

Posts: 286A PrEP question for the qualified.
I notice that some clued-in and conscientious professionals are taking PrEP for their own protection.
Trust and credibility aside, if a service provider is genuinely taking PrEP according to the correct schedule will it give her customers any added protection?

After the experience the urologist told me that I should have seen him sooner when simpler procedures could have fixed my problem. Suggest over the next few years you monitor your urination stream and see a urologist as soon as it gets slow. My 2010 surgery was the worst part of my 2006 STI.

Thanks for that post. Yes, I am feeling a lot better now. Just last night was the first time that I felt no pain in my urethra while passing uriine. So that is quite amazing. It looks like those doxycycline pills worked.
So in summary, I started taking the doxycycline pills 8 days after being infected by the bacteria in my urethra. It had built up quite a head of steam at this stage. Pain during uriination was excruciating for about a week.
The treatment was for 2 doxycycline pills per day for 7 days.
After exactly 3 days of treatment, I started to notice a diminishing of the pain during urination.
After 5 days it felt like a sting rather than a burning sensation.
After 8 days the pain disappeared completely.
Also the reddishness in my eyes started to diminish, and I started to feel well again at about 7 days after starting the pills. So I feel that I am on a full recovery schedule at this stage.
I suppose I will never know what type of bacteria it was, but in the future I will be practising safe sex that's for sure. That burning during urination is one of the worst things that I have ever experienced.
Thanks for your help and MongerForSex also. It's great to have a support network here.

I'm unsure about the Uriine Culture test protocol followed by the hospital you've visited. IMHO, it is quite strange to see the way the Uriine Culture test was done by the hospital lab you've visited which tests only for sexually transmitted bacteria. Whether your doctor has prescribed only such specific tests or instructed them accordingly. I'm attaching a sample report snapshot from India, where lab technicians test sensitivity of the sample against various antibiotics and tries to identify the grown organism.
Wish you speedy recovery.

2. The first biopsy was not well done, because the stupid dermatologist didn't add your disease to the list of the diseases to be tested. When your sample is sent to the lab, your sample can't be tested for every disease, the laboratory needs the diagnosis of the dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis, to say how serious the disease is, we can say if the disease is benign or malign without knowing the disease. That's why the diagnosis of the dermatologist is important. There are thousands of skin diseases.
3. If he did not find the disease, he would ask for another sample to be tested for another disease until the diagnosis is confirmed. It's impossible to diagnose for every disease just with one sample. Your dermatologists misdiagnosed you.
You need to find a good cosmetic dermatologist to discuss available alternatives with him. I don't know how serious your scar is. You can try apple cider vinegar or coconut oil, It will lower your scar but not completely. You have to see a good cosmetic dermatologist to discuss different alteratives and he could advise you better.
Practising good hygiene is important, stay away from Google that say it's useless to wash your genitals after sex and some scientific studies states it increases the risk of sti. Bad hygiene increases the risk of std.
No disease is supermutant. But I still advise you to use condoms for vaginal and anal sex because vaginal and anal sex cause abrasion (minor cuts increase the risk of std).

I also understand that in spite of all precautions, mongering is still risky but I am doing my best at my end at my end. I have cut down on my meetings to very few encounters a month, not at all going to ones who satisfy multiple guys in a day, look out for young girls who just started (seeking arrangements) or housewives who are very very discreet. I hope you understand what I wish to convey. I am very very scared and confused as to how should I go about my sexual life as cannot simply masturbate to satisfy myself till I am alive. I am 49 years old and was very very ambitious and aggressive with respect to my life, business and am very keen to move forward the regain my mojo.
Looking forward to hear from you. Pl oblige.
From a confused, scared and clueless monger.

Bad specialists also exist. It's possible to remove the scar but it's very expensive, you can also try some natural treatments. There are many bad specialists in India, many doctors are not well educated. In Brazil, public hospitals suck, it's better to see a doctor in a private center, it's more expensive but it's more effective.
Finding a good doctor is not easy, the most important thing is to understand and listen to the patient, but many don't listen, don't understand and are arrogant and stubborn. My best advise is to see different doctors until you find the one that matches you before taking any treatment. Treatment is good to treat diseases but also very bad when it's not well prescribed or not used for the right disease.
You also have to understand many doctors are quacks and pretend to be specialists. There are different kinds of dermatologists. My field is dermatopathology, you have to find a good cosmetic dermatologist for your scar.
Sorry for your bad experience.

You have to understand many people with UTI never experienced BBBJ. Your problem did not come from STD but come from another bacterial infection. You have bad experience because you visited unexperienced general practicioners and checked out google. (The big mistakes that most people do when they see something not normal concerning their male organs).
Next time, go see a specialist first, you don't have to see an eye specialist, it's a side effect caused by the antibiotics you took, that may also be the side affect caused by injection you took. My advise is to wait for the urologist you saw. The symptoms dissapear very fast when you use the right antibiotics. The antibiotics has nothing to do with your well being because UTI can also clear without antibiotics after few weeks. Antibiotics are used for emergency when you suffer so that the symptoms dissapear very fast, even when the symptoms dissapear very fast, you have keep using antibiotics to sure all bacterias are killed but if the symptoms don't dissapear very fast, that means your antibiotics are not effective.
Antibiotics are the cause of your red eyes and the problem will go away. Your problem is not serious. Please do like I said, drink a lot water and even if it burns. It helps clear bacterias that way until you see your urologist.
I had patients diagnosed with syphilis, gonorrhea and other medical conditions who got red eyes, rash etc after recieving injection in their buttock. Doxycycline also causs soreness and redness in your eyes.
I am sure you did not have gonorrhea because it cures very easily. your previous doctor was not able to detect gonorrhea but what I know you had a bacterial disease that was not easy to detect because of the unecessary antibiotics you took from unexperienced medical professionals.
Keep enjoying

Today Sunday, I revisited the Bangkok Hospital Pattaya to address my UTI. My original doctor was not available as he does not work Sunday or Monday. Now I know why my Uriine test result was going to take 7 days and that is because the doctor was not scheduled on day 5 or 6. Crazy.
Anyway, they actually had my test result (it was now day 5 since the test) and everything was negative. They only tested for the sexually transmitted bacterias though, and not any non-sexually transmitted bacterias.
This is what they tested for:
Trichomonas vaginalis.
Mycoplasma hominis.
Mycoplasma genitalium.
Chlamydia trachomatis.
Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
Ureaplasma urealyticum.
Ureaplasma parvum.
All "not detected".
So, either I never had any of the sexually transmitted bacterias, or I was too late in having the uriine test having done the test 2 days after starting the doxycycline antibiotics and 5 days after having a Ceftriaxone injection plus azithromycin pills.
This new doctor said that the doxycycline pills were working as I had a lessening of the symptoms (passing fluid is now only a small sting instead of a very severe burning sensation).
He did not know why my eyes were red (they had been reddish continually for 5 days), and suggested I see an eye doctor about this!
He did not prescribe any further treatment except to maybe take some Ibuprofen pills for the next 3 days or so.
When I asked him how long it would take for the UTI to go away he said 2 to 3 weeks. As I have just finished one week since starting the doxycycline pills this makes sense. I had a very severe urethral infection and it takes time for this to heal.
So, I will monitor the progress. Hopefully there will be no complications.
I suppose my takeaway from all this is that I am going to protect my urethral opening much more rigorously. No more BBBJ, or other sharing of fluids like kissing. Until you experience a week of burning pain in your penis, you will swear away from all unsafe sex practises. It has been the worse week of my life so far with some very dark days.
Thanks to all board members for your very useful suggestions.

Not sure, if my 1st report got uploaded or not, hence doing it again.
MongerforSex,
Info shared by you is excellent. I would like to share here my own experience for the benefit of all the members. I am 49 years old and an Indian. In the last week of September 2017, I had some red spots on Penis, went to my skin specialist and he diagnosed HSV. After 2 days, it became worse and I was writhing in pain, even foreskin withdrawal used to scare the shit out of me. Gave me a course of antibiotics. After a month, I got relief from it but my spots on head and foreskin were not going away although I was not in pain. I went in for 2nd opinion to some Head of the deptt. Of hospital of Skin and VD. He started treating me for Candida and I was put on Sporonox- anti fungal tablets- 2 tabs a day for 1 month. My spots on head and foreskin didn't go. I was advised to go in for a biopsy. The sample was taken from the foreskin, and the result was not conclusive of anything and I was made to go merry go around to a lot of docs and various hospitals. Some docs mis-read the biopsy and even diagnosed it to be the dreaded word see. Me and my family were completely broken up and shaken. Cannot even describe the number of tours to hospitals and the top specialists that I consulted but the best ones were pretty sure that I need to wait and not rush even if it is see. Some had even recommended Circumcision but the best ones said they are not convinced. Went in for a 2nd Biopsy and the sample was taken from the head. They diagnosed it as HPV and told me that it was Warts which had to treated with application of Imiquimod cream. Started the course which lasted around 6 weeks and anyone who has gone through it must be knowing that it is literally a torture for the patient with pain, burning, blood oozing out from the area and what not. Finally, my warts began to diminish and one fine day they were gone. I was under the watchful eyes of my docs and getting myself checked up every fortnight. After the application of Imiquimod cream, I have scars on my penis head like we have after any injury that heals but those cuts and scars remain for the rest of yr life. They put me on some medicines to improve my immunity system. Let me also inform here that relations with my wife have soured after this episode and we are mere housemates with both of us sleeping in different rooms. I also wish to inform that I was a patient of Prostitis too and was administered 14 injections of Ertapenem thru IV. But that's a different story altogether.
Now, after getting a clearance from my docs that I could restart my sexual activity, I was mentally not in the right frame of mind and was fearful of it. I had undergone a lot of pain- physically and mentally, relations with my wife are no more, business had suffered as was not taking interest in it. Was relying on masturbation to relieve myself. But, a monger is always a monger. Had my 1st encounter in Ending of Dec. , 18 and was extra cautious in choosing the lady too. Started with the pricey ones with special relevance to hygiene and that they were charging more and hence less customers. But that's all bull shit. I am again diagnosed with fungal infection. Just finished a 21 day course of Sporonox. Anti fungals- twice a day on 25th of March and am all clear. Although, my doc has cleared me but he still wants me to abstain from any activity for a month. Dunno and I argued with him. But his POV is that he wants to ensure that the scars are not something else. I told him that they were there earlier too but still, he told me that its my wish but Pl wait.
I was a very active monger before Sept, 17 in India and abroad but this last 1.5 year has completely put me on the back foot and confused and shaken up.
Sorry for the long post guys but for the benefit of everyone, had to share my experience.
Cheers.
