I got a bad sense of direction and haven't been to Tijuana for mongering, or at all really, in about 20 years. I'm staying really close to hotel Ticuan for a few days before moving to Cascadas. I went to the hotel that she always works out of. The hotel is is on the southeast side of Nino's Hero's and the alley. It is the first hotel as you are heading south from the alley. Don't know the name of the hotel. But walls are painted blue. It is roughly 3 doors down from the alley. The hotel address is 624 Nino's Heros I believe. Britney is hard to find.
