You can get all at any Apoteke (pharmacy) quickly and easily but you must have German, or at least EU, doctor prescription. Might cost 10 -20 Eur here, depending on doctor. Or bring existing but very recent 2019 prescription from your doctor and see if German doctor might honour it and write one.

So I might have the chance to go to Berlin for a few days. I want to have some fun, but I won't have a car and I need to be kind of low-key. I will have to escape from my coworkers while there. Girls have to pay to work in FKK's. They don't in American strip clubs.

They do have to pay, which is one of the ways its legal. The club does not "employ" the dancers, the dancers are a type of customer. They have to pay a stage fee, and a portion of their earnings from the private dancers also goes to the house. Also if they leave early, or don't show up, they are charged an additional penalty before they can work again.
