It is not new. That area has history. I have mentioned it in one of my posts here. There are several clusters, and different crews / countries operating at different time. You just need to walk around and observe, visit side alleys and alleys that are like tunnels. Later at night, like after 10 PM, you can see the girls line up on the street like merchandise with an old lady who does translation.

Several Taiwanese girls I have met seem to treat this like a day time job so their hours are like 11 am - 6 pm.

The laws are still the same, but it is now common practice for the courts / police to send any legal violations that a foreigner does to the Ministry of Labour. Before it only ended up there for high level incidents like drugs or the like, but for the last year or so they have been sending almost everything through. MOL has a very low tolerance and will cancel your work permit, regardless if you are willing to pay the fine.

People have been deported for being drunk on a bicycle, not even a scooter.

I was in the area, so I took a quick look and wow. You're right. I never knew about this particular section of LST before. There was some top quality there. I'd say the majority of the ones I saw tonight were 7/10 and up. I even saw a 10/10, but didn't partake cause I was just taking a quick scout before meeting friends for dinner.

The law depends on who you are, a local or foreigner. If a foreigner with a work permit they normally take you to the NIA for anything you got arrested or fined for, so you might be deported as well for not being a good citizen. People have been deported for driving a bicycle drunk.

If a local then it's normally around 1000-2000 ntd fine.

Longshan temple area: Best area for attractive cheap girls. There are two main alleys off the main street. Once you have found them you have found gold.

Its dirty sketchy and cheap but the best value in the city. I don't speak Chineess and I'm new. It rained tonight but still a lot of hotties out. You will feel scared at first but relax.

Was this same side as the Landis? Sounds like the Red Spa that we mention here, as they are 1300 for 2 hours (but you normally get 1 hour). Across the road (especially after the 711) is a lot of massage places next to each other if you go back to the area.

On the opposite side as Landis. I was in Taipei for only two nights, back home in the US now. An evening flight out of TPE and a six-hour layover in LAX is a killer!

Let me start ny saying I am a rookie with limited info. I visited 3 places. First Grand Hyatt. I went to both bars didn't find any action. I would not recommend. Maybe it was just an off night.

Second Monkey Brass on a Thursday. Beers are 5 to 8 USD each. Exapt crowd. 80 percent non pros. 20 percent pros. A lot of regular girls come because they want to meet a foreigner and they get free drinks. Lots of local guys and local girls dancing. More of a pickup place but you stay in your league. A fat girl approached me for free but I wasn't doing. I work to hard for that. Plenty of older pros and some young pros. But basically a dance club for expats to meet locals. If you have time and want to make friends a good option. If you are looking for a working girl and are willing to take an old one. My real problem with this place is the girls in Longshan temple area are more attractive and cheaper without the expensive drinks. The temple area looks and feels like a place that you are going to be killed or robbed. Its honestly scary at first but in all honesty the gangster's their want your continued business so you will be fine. Monkey brass is in a safe neighborhood and you sulk feel fine. Just don't expect a lot of quality. The fee young hot girls have come with friends and are being hit on my lots of guys. They are there to have fun. Not so much P4 P, and if it is they can be selective. If you are into older or fat girls you should be fine. Still the working ratio is low.

You're all going to thank me for this. I found a gem of a massage place. Was in the Longshan temple area again tonight and walked to a section I had not previously been. Plenty of massage shops in that area that I usually don't bother with because you usually can't see inside and when you can, the girls aren't that attractive. However, today, I walked past one with a clear glass front and had to do a double and triple take. Sitting inside were these two beautiful Vietnamese girls. I was creeping on them from outside so much, the mamasan came out to greet me. The massage was 1300 and I picked one of these two girls. The place operates the same as the old minquan blue. Girl provided excellent attitude and decent service although the massage itself sucked. Basic tip was only 500. On the way out, saw two other girls that worked there. All four girls (Vietnamese) that I saw there tonight looks-wise were on par if not better than the best minquan blue had to offer. Since this was my first and only time there, I don't know what the entire staff looks like nor if you see a lineup. This place is on Kangding Road. I will call it Kangding Clear for the clear glass front from now on. The address number is the square root of 40,804 (do the math). Remember, tip for basic service is 500. Do not mess up the pricing like what happened at minquan blue. Provide a follow-up report if you go there.
