Of course it it is. Open a BBVA Compass account with a check from your old account. On the other hand, a Schwab card makes more sense for traveling a lot. I tried to open a CS account, but, for some reason, was denied. BBVA Compass works fine, no ATM fees but a 1% international fee, at BBVA Bancomer bank ATM's.

I stayed at a hotel in the Centro area once where a big group like you described were staying but they weren't asylum seekers or attempting to cross illegally. This group had H2-A visas which is a visa for temporary agricultural workers. Not every caravan is crossing illegally.

I don't know where you hang out in MTY to encounter these Honduran killers but if you don't feel safe, stop going to those areas. I honestly have never encountered these Hondurans in touristy spots though.

I think you can drive your vehicle across the border next time so you can venture outside of centro when you're not mongering. You'll get to know MTY more and appreciate what the city can offer.

I went back to hotel 500 to talk to whoever works there because I am paid up until Saturday and noticed that the caravan that entered there a couple of days ago is no longer there. The lady at the front office said that the caravan was there for only one day and she doesn't know where they went to next. I assume that some coyote took them somewhere to the Texas border. These caravans member appeared to me to be funded. I am thinking like a us citizen here who is concerned about my united States.

It has taken me 9 days to learn the landscape here in Monterrey. The Hondurans hang out in places that are easy to get to but there are so many places that are intertwined withing the neighborhoods or Barrios of Monterrey where things are safe, you can see old people walking the streets, etc. I did not know how repulsive the Hondurans are, they hang out in groups of 6, 7, 8 people and walk around and hang around like bums even in touristic areas. The best thing to do is just kind of pretend that they don't exist. You can tell that there are killers amongst them and to think that the Mexican president has allowed this to occur makes me think how much of a piece of crap this AMLO president really is. I am being safe but I must say that Monterrey is a risky place now and can not say that things are going to get better. It reminds me allot of the movies from blade runner.

You are real playing with fire. You are going to get yourself into a situation that you can not get out of. You were lucky this time. It is good to be cheap, but not when you put your safety in jeopardy.

I wasn't planning on posting this information but given the recent invasion of caravan members in my hotel I might as well say that caravan members are also invading spas as well and they are doing so individually and in groups. Monterrey has about 30 spas in easy walking distance of the metro terminals but a handful of these spas are actually popular. The most popular one that is a small franchise is the one that I noticed was being overcome by caravan members on a regular basis so I stopped going there.

You are real playing with fire. You are going to get yourself into a situation that you can not get out of. You were lucky this time. It is good to be cheap, but not when you put your safety in jeopardy.

You real do not have that much to worry about. First, MTY is just not a primary mongering destination. I have posted about this in the past. Secondly, if they are going to spend the money or invest time to travel to MTY, they are probably looking for something a little higher class. You are hanging with the locals and most are just not looking for that experience. No shame in that, plus you are into big booty girls and a lot of guys are not attracted to those type of girls, or you can find those girls any where, and many times for free, if that is your thing, no reason to travel to MTY.

I am not traveling to MTY as much as thought I would be. I like Tijuana and Moscow much better. The other reason is I just do not like traveling through Laredo and flights are just to expensive. Sometimes I can fly to Moscow cheaper then a flight to the MTY. I will still be going, but probably every 5-6 weeks, and I sure as hell will not pay $900 to fly there. Working 70-90 work weeks now, so no time for Moscow, but I am going at the end of May.

You talk about safety, but when you hang out where you do or stay in cheap hotels this is what happens. I worked out a deal where I stay and it real safe. Your putting yourself in bad situations, both in Laredo and MTY, also making the same mistakes over and over again, safety first. You may get lucky, but the Cops, probably will not help you, especially in the shady areas.

Yea Dramafree11, I agree. After this experience I will not be going to shady areas anymore. There are plenty of safe areas in Monterrey that offer more than enough and low cost fun. Hotel 500 is going to refund my money but the man in charge supports these caravans and told me that they are good people looking for work visas. Everyone has their own opinion but I just relocated to hotel hacienda and hotel hacienda could not believe that hotel 500 is letting these people in. Hotel hacienda said that they would never let these people into their hotels.

Allot of people that I have spoken to in Monterrey hate the president of Mexico for allowing these disrespectful people to harm businesses by disrespecting this city. Well, I just called the front office here at the hotel and the girl there, bless her soul, just told all these disrespectful dudes to shut up. Hopefully they will follow instructions because I need to get some sleep. I have never had to call the police here in Mexico but hopefully I will not have to but this is very awkward to stay at a nice and new hotel with a caravan from the norther triangle. By the way, I want to stop posting so much. I need to focus more on myself. If anyone has heard about machine elves, well I believe in that so I should focus more on myself. People like frank Lucas thinks it's a good idea if I stop posting anyways because I am not telling him how to go exactly to the places that I go to.

So I will be going to hotel Mexico around 1 and will be asking for a 3 day refund since I am paid off at hotel 500 until Saturday. I could not sleep well at all last night and getting out of here is worth it even if it means that I will not get a refund for the 4 or 3 days remaining here at hotel 500. Last night, the girl told allot of the caravan member to shut up but these people do not have respect for others. They smoke in their rooms which is prohibited, they yell, they whistle, they block doorways, they hang out outside the hotel like bumbs at all hours of the day and night and I hears what sounded like a gun from one of the next rooms beside me. So if I lose 100 dollars it will be worth it anyways to move to hotel Mexico and enjoy the rest of my vacation until Saturday.

Unstoppable, you are one of the few people I like or could see myself hanging out with in person. That area across from the central bus station and del golfo metro station is where I have seen girls that I would follow or would want to stop an talk to on the street. If I follow them, then I could then talk to them once they get to their destination or if their destination is not a place that I would see myself in then I could just walk away. I am very picky about my taste in girls, but that is really my purpose. I think one can find girls on the street who are going to their destinations.

Just want to give a quick update on girl hunting. I see it as hunting and sometimes the girls throw me a curve ball but just learning how the game is played here in Monterrey when one is hunting girls out on the streets or the parks or the metro. Hunting a working girl is much easier but non working girls respond to the game as well. Well, I am not going to give too many details because it goes unappreciated any ways and the only person that is getting screwed over is myself. So I'll stop here.
