I was specifically asking about what is "currently" green vs "historical green". I have seen these things changing over a period of time in Various places and continents (some reports are in some forums and some are due). !
If you have any meaningful input, please share. There are reports which were then green but now red!
Hope you understand!

I am visiting Dubai in second half of June.
Is there any green Marriott or Sheraton property near places of action in Dubai?
Thank you all and stay safe!

It's not my first time in Dubai, I've been coming to Dubai for business and mongering year by year since 2006. The point is: I usually stay in Dubai for one week and take different girls during my stay. So I can't check in together with a girl. Maybe this hotel is not 100% red if you know the tricks but it's not interesting for me. I will book Burjuman Arjaan, my regular hotel. I was interested in booking Citymax because of the special rate of 24 EUR / night I found on internet. But if there is too much stress with bringing girls to my room, I am not interested, even for 24 EUR. We want to relax and have fun not stress, don't we? .

OK locals know but for those coming to Dubai for the first time of course if you call or e mail the hotels they will say no girl visitors allowed. This is Dubai not Bangkok OK. However many hotels have no issue if you check in with the girl at the same time. The tricky bit is checking in a girl later in the early am hours which many hotels don't allow. But checking in together with the girl at the same time is OK. So drop your bags but don't check in. Go out and check in later. Or make up some story about my girlfriend coming later when you check in to see if it is OK. Citymax Bur Dubai is not red. But is red if you ask that question. That hotel is green but only when checking in with the girl at the same time. Have fun?
I found a very reasonable rate for the Citymax Bur Dubai hotel for June: 24 EUR per night.
Very cheap.
Just called them five minutes ago to ask about the "visitor policy":
Red! No chance at all.

Hi guys,
I'm heading to Dubai next month and I want to stay in Jumeirah beach hotel. Can someone tell me if this hotel is guest friendly?
And how about the Ramadan period? Did someone visit Dubai during the Ramadan period?
