Reads a bit confusing to me. Not all girls do absolutely anything. They set limits in their own mind. As a simple example, most girls will do BBBJ with CIM, but not many wanted to swallow it (without an incentive). Some would secretly spit it out so customer did not even know. Ah ok. Since its a bit of an unusual request for thai mongering, it may be hard to actually describe and tell them what you want them to do with the language barrier (unless you get lucky and their english is good). I can't see why these girls, that is, experienced Tulip girls wouldn't do it, especially for a tip, but actually conveying what you want done is going to be hard.

Maybe a good route would be to ask mamasan beforehand to explain what you're asking them to do, and she can tell the girls and make sure they understand before you go to the room.
