Suvarnabhumi is enormous, you often need to walk over 800 m to the gate, which alone takes 15 min if you know exactly where to run.

Two places that came up within a reasonable distance form airport were Princess Spa (very close) and Angel Relax in Bang Na (would need to exit airport the back way). Bunny Spa was another option, perhaps closer than Angel. Funny how they use the term Spa but advertise erotic massage.

I have never tried either place so cannot say exactly what is the service. Most of us have no need for places close to the airport. I would never take a Bangkok layover as short as 4 hours. That would be just silly in my mind.
