I am looking to make my first trip to Cartagena. I have a couple of questions:

1. Are the buildings on the beach girl friendly? On Airbnb I am seeing a lot of buildings say that visitors are not allowed. I would like to stay near the beach and casinos. Any recommendations?

2. Anyone know if the casinos have poker rooms and what games they spread?

There had been a casino next door. Last time I went by there was a sign in the window the space was for rent and was closed. Has it moved to a new location?

Its in the old city now. It moved a long time ago.

Tough call with your "paisa chica", I hate when it happens. I also know the feeling you had, the disappointment that she flips on you. Been there, done that. Unfortunately I have a friend from California who has fallen in love with a 27 yo paisa that he met at a casa in Medellin a year ago, god knows how I have tried to talk some sense into this poor soul, I have told him how it is and yet he moves forward, urrrrrrrrrrrr.

And yes at the end of the day "how much you pay will become evident by their reaction and level of love they have for you". I just ended all contact with a paisa chica whom was a favorite of mine for over a year, the last time I was with her at the end of the night I handed her about 130 mil, we never talk about what I pay, and she "flipped the script" and was like "this is all"! Mind you I have traveled a number of times with her, partied for long weekend at fincas, never ever had an issue, yet she pulled this shit on me, I must admit I was a bit disappointed but not surprised as at the end of the day they are only putas, nothing more nothing less.

Lucky for me, I am the next guy. I arrive on Tuesday and we spending another week together.

Yes, I have heard I love you already. But I know the deal. I am not stupid. She loves the way I treat her, the things I get for her, the comfortable places I stay and we seem to really hit the home run when it comes to sex together. We just fit each other well.

She says she does not want to get paid, just cover the cost of her to travel back to town from her town. I think she knows I will give her something anyway. We will see how much love she is in when I leave after the week and she got less than she probably expected.
