I will be visiting SP / Brazil for the first time in a couple months, staying in the Pacaembu area at a hotel with some business colleagues (***) for about six days. For those of you who don't know what the Moema Rectangle is, it's the following (can't really draw a rectangle properly with this forum interface) clinicas all within walking distance of each other:

I couldn't really find any reviews of this Doutora Oyama massage place on GpGuia and only found some 10 year old reviews on ISG. Apparently, this place has been around since 1970! I went to this place on a Friday afternoon at 5 pm. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very nice and offered me water, coffee, etc. She took me to a small room with a wall of pictures of 8 different girls. Just the typical shots of them in lingerie or whatever and not too touched up. I asked about a few of them such as how old they were and if they had natural or silicone tits. She answered all my questions so I chose a petite morena. How it works is you pay 250 reais to the house and then pay for extras with the girl.

The receptionist took me up to the room which was very large and had a queen sized massage type bed, a separate bathroom, and jacuzzi tub. I took a shower and put on a provided robe and waited for the massagista to enter the room. She was quite beautiful and looked like her pictures. She was very friendly and asked me if I wanted just a massage or more. I told her that I wanted full service after the massage. So I start by laying on my stomach and she gives me a very good and thorough massage with massage oil. Girls here are professionally trained masseuses so the massage was actually very good. At about the half hour point, she starts laying on top of my back and doing the body slide massage and then starts nibbling on my ear. She then turns me over and starts giving me some serious DFK. I didn't really know what to expect from this place. I figured it would be just a massage with some full service, but probably something mechanical. So after a bunch of kissing, she then gives me a very long BBBJ. Then onto the sex (covered of course). After I left Club J, I decided to go to Connection Night Club in Tatuape since I was already in Liberdade and half way there from Moema. This club is pretty much Scandallo Lite. Same owners and same building structure but on a smaller scale. It has a restaurant and bar area with stage for live performances, just like Scandallo. They also have a single poker table where customers can play no limit hold'them or Omaha for cash. Omaha was being played on this night.

The girls here are less attractive on average than Scandallo and there were maybe 50 girls on a Thursday night. There were about 5 girls in the 8 plus range, saw maybe one 9. All it takes is one! I spoke with a few girls and they all say the house minimum is 300 reais and charge 400 reais for an hour and 250 for half hour. It is a nice change up from the fast food routine at the clinicas. I just wish it wasn't so far - 36 reais and 30 minutes each way in Uber to and from Moema without traffic, ie late at night.

Entrance - 100 reais with 50 of it being consumption. Entrance is 50 reais before 6 pm every day.

Room fee - 120 reais for one hour. No idea what it is for half an hour.

60 minute session - 400 reais on average.

30 minute session - 250 reais on average.

I decided to check out this place on a Thursday night. The address is Av. da Aclimação, 395 Liberdade, SP. It was a Clinica formerly known as Clinica Vision. I arrived at 10 pm and there was a well lit bar at the entrance. One guy and 2 girls there. There was a separate disco looking room with black lighting and I peeked in but nobody was there. I asked the manager where the girls were and he said they were upstairs servicing customers. I waited around for an hour and only saw 4 girls total and he said there were 8 girls there. I spoke with a cute 22 year old girl from Recife but her vibe wasn't great. Man the place was so dead so I left after an hour.

Prices are as follows:

Entrance. Free.

30 minute session - 150 reais.

60 minute session - 250 reais.

Room fee. None.

Drink minimum. None. Buy a drink if you want but not mandatory.

The Moema clinicas are not far. The Sao Paulo fears are a bit overdone if you follow sensible, secure precautions. I would consider just taking an Uber or even better AltoBomGosto will take you hunting clinica girls in his car for a very reasonable rate. He might even be able to find you a clinica girls who doesn't object to photos.

Definitely recommend hiring AltoBomGosto for newbies or those who don't speak Portuguese. Did it myself. Money very well spent. I plan on doing it again when I'm back. Saves time & money, gets you better service and hes a fun guy to hang out with.
